We help middle, high school, and college students discover and achieve their potential as they prepare for the next phase of their lives. We provide customized guidance and support for students. Our coaching alleviates stress, saves time, and facilitates informed and greater numbers of choices. Our purpose is to help students launch successfully.

Ferah A.

Business Owner

Ferah has been teaching and coaching students for over 18 years; prior to this she was a financial controller at Citicorp. She began her education career as a college instructor at IBMC, where she specializes in Student Success, Career Marketing, as well as Speech and a variety of business courses. She started college admissions coaching in 2007, and founded launchphase2 with two others in 2011. Ferah enjoys coaching her students to discover who they are, who they want to be, and how they can get there, all while striving to do their best. Ferah’s coaching helps students reach their personal best outcomes, from improved grades, to college admissions, and to internships/​jobs. Ferah also co-​authors an Education column in the Fort Collins Coloradoan, and has been a featured speaker at nationwide webinars for educational consultants. A Colorado native, Ferah and her husband have two IB graduate daughters who are in college; the oldest will be launching her career in Silicon Valley after he
