L & M Carpet Cleaning

I don’t normally write reviews, but I made the decision to use this business solely from online reviews, and I don’t think the reviews were completely accurate.
They were very friendly and I think they did an ok job. But I think the important thing I wish I would have known is that they don’t do steam cleaning. They just spray some stuff on the couch or rug and then wipe it, which is kind of a difficult method to get it cleaned well. Unfortunately, the stuff they sprayed left a sticky residue on my wood floors and service guys didn’t vacuum my couch and rug (like the advertisement said they would).
Bottom line, this service does an ok job for the price, but maybe it would be worth it to pay double the price for steam cleaning? Your decision.

My carpet needed an overhaul and they were just great. Communication was amazing– called to let me know exactly when they would arrive and they called back to see if they could come 15 minutes early. We have a six month old a puppy who had some accidents and they took care of it and treated it with enzymes to break down the bacteria and took out the smell. Two weeks later the carpet still looks perfect. Highly recommend.

Unreasonably nice. So easy to work with and their prices are great! We had a very large commercial space to work with and they were fast and efficient. I recommend them very highly!

We called upon L&M on a whim basically to see what their quote would be for a home we had just purchased. I had emailed the team to get a general quote and was more then pleased (and surprised) to see that they had come in WELL under $ 400-​$ 500 as compared to other carpet cleaners in the area. I read through their site, saw they used safe, hypo-​allergenic cleaning materials and that they offered a very short dry time. The team at L&M was not only easy to chat with, they were on time, dependable, left the carpets looking practically brand new, and quick to do the work! My experience in the past with other companies and DIY cleaning was a strong, flowery, detergent smell left in my house for days if not weeks. The cleaning materials Gary and his team use are extremely pleasant and light. My friends complimented on the pleasant aroma for DAYS after the cleaning. I was just amazed. I called Gary and the L&M team back to come and clean my townhouse the next week. Again, the service was incredible. The carpets look brand new, My Landlord was thrilled!
Gary and his team at L&M are now in my speed dial and I will call them again as soon as my carpets need to be cleaned.
Do yourself (and your wallet) and favor and call Gary’s Team at L&M to clean your home’s flooring. You will NOT regret it!

I was amazed at how reasonable their rates were. The 2 technicians (Nick and Quinn) called to let me know they were on their way, and got here exactly on time. They were both friendly, professional and FAST! I love a bargain, so was thrilled that it cost much less than I expected. Gary (the owner) also gave me a senior discount, so I am really glad that I called them. I am very happy with how great the carpets looked when they were done. Great job to the entire company!
