Inner Strength Rock Gym

This best gym in town! Awesome staff and a great neighborhood feel. We have been climbing here for years and just moved away. Everyone should realize how lucky you are to have such a great place to climb. We totally took it for granted and now miss it! Nice job Mike and Tracy!

This is a good gym to work out in for the bad weather days.
Mike, the owner, is a great, friendly and knowledgeable guy. His staff is also a set of fantastic climbers, and will always offer you some pointers if you need them.
The setters here are way better than the ones at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness. And the climbers here are a lot friendlier and easy going.
Negatives:
–Much smaller than Miramont so it crowds quicker and there are less routes/​problems
–Kid Birthday Parties available… (could be a +/​-​, — for me though)
–Lower walls than Miramonth
Positives:
–Great staff all around, very helpful
–They have much better setters therefor routes/​problems
–They have a lot more gear for sell here than at Miramont
–They also rent out Climbing DVDs
–They have a lot more roof problems
–Mike also normally has some Odor Eaters spray for your shoes… and depending on how many times you wear your shoes… it’s a very good thing
–They always have either Cetaphil or Vaseline lotion in the bathroom or on the counter for after a climb
