I have known of Highline for years and years. Many of my friends and work colleagues have bought cars here and have been extremely satisfied. I always thought that the value of the cars they sell were above my means and too exclusive. Because so many people I know are completely satisfied with Highline, I stopped in one day just to see. I told Ari (who I recommend as a salesperson 100%) the idea of what I was looking for in a very modest price range. They had a beautiful BMW X3 that he showed me and I purchased. For what I consider to be a very modest transaction compared to other high end vehicles they offer, I was treated like a VIP.
I particularly enjoyed their sense of customer service. Each person there acted as if they had a part in my transaction. This included everyone from the person at the front desk to the handshake and personal thank you from Pepi the owner for my business.
The real way to confirm the integrity of a business is how they handle a problem. There was a mechanical issue shortly after I bought the car. It was one of those borderline calls that a dealer is faced with all the time. I mentioned it to Ari, and Pepi the dealership owner was informed. I didn’t ask for anything but hoped they might work out a shared cost for the repair and crossed my fingers that they didn’t give me the finger. Many dealers would say «Tough Luck». I discovered two things, this is not your typical dealer, and their integrity and customer service are first rate. This includes the service department. My car was delivered back to me quality repaired, triple checked, and cleaned.
The surprise came when it came time to pay. They apologized for any inconvenience, and informed me that I had no further part including payment for the repair. Understand, the principle of business and used car sales would have made it legitimate for them to do nothing if they chose. Instead, they chose integrity and the long view by making me feel indebted to them for their care. They now have a lifelong customer for both service and sales. I encourage you to experience the quality people and they quality business practice at this dealer.
I learned what all those people told me for so many years, this is a first rate business in all ways, and you can be confident that you will have a professional, fun, and satisfying experience.
