Do not book with this company! If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in Ft. Collins for a difficult stay during which my mom passed away. All I wanted was a quiet and peaceful ride back to DIA. It wasn’t to be.
The driver showed up WAY too early so I had to tell him to come back at the correct time as I wanted to spend as much time as possible with my grieving father. He wore sweat pants, a ratty visor and a sweater absolutely covered in cat hair… I couldn’t believe it! He left me standing on the driveway while he got behind the wheel, not even opening a door for me. When I just stood there staring, he rolled down his window and said I could get in any of the seats. I did not have the luxury of time so I was committed to taking this service or I would have sent him away again. He had not had a shower which was evident within 10 minutes. He talked non-​stop about people quitting which made him work 12 hour shifts, getting stopped because he speeds and the cops only give him warnings, his arena football and not getting paid very much. I gave one word answers or not and all and after a while, I just ignored him. I emailed the company within 20 minutes of the ride to tell them of my dissatisfaction and to please contact me Monday. They did not. I travel frequently and this is not a company I will ever use again.

Not even 1 star. The driver kept his meter on from possibly his house or somewhere NO WHERE near my pick up point. I paid over $ 60 for a less than 6 mile drive. NEVER TAKE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

The drivers are always friendly, and have been prompt and professional for 2 different round-​trips to DIA. They got me to my flights on-​time (and in comfort and style!) and were very patient and helpful when my flight arrivals were a little delayed.

Please put I love genesis car service! From the minute I call I am treated with great professionalism and attention to detail by the agent answering the call. I never have to wait a single minute for my driver when I booked with an appointment. Every driver I have encountered has been a fantastic but the one that stands out the most is jada! AtoZ this lady is 100% TOP DRAWER ! THANKU jada for always making me feel appreciated as a client !!! Will recommend genesis every time because of you and the stellar team !!!

Genesis Car Service has the best cars and drivers around. It’s nice to know you can pre-​schedule or call and have a car at the ready when you need it. The cars are clean, and the rates are great. I definitely recommend using Genesis vs. a traditional cab!
