I called mid-​day after finding out the spring had broke on my garage door. It was nice to actually have a receptionist answer the phone and be able to give me a quote. She was very informative and gave me an estimated time a technician would be able to come out. The technician arrived when he was suppose to, which was even after 5:00pm and had it fixed within an hour. I read some of the other reviews and I thought they were a great company and I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great service from when I first called to the technician getting the job done.

I was working with Derek Barvoets, all I wanted to do was give the guy a 1000 $ for a new door but he had such bad customer service that he wouldn’t even call me back to schedule a time to take my money. I didn’t want anything special just a garage door installed I was very flexible for times dates all I needed was a call back and he couldn’t do that. That’s not even the worse of it. I called the main office to try and work with any other salesman and got the pleasure of speaking the lovely human being working at the desk. She got to share how joyful she was to help me and show compassion to me «hope you can sense the sarcasm as i believe it’s the same lady mentioned in the post before» as she threatened me saying I can’t cancel an order from them if I’ve already talked to a salesman even before I paid. I can’t cancel the order, I said I haven’t paid anyone money that’s what I’ve spent the past week trying to do but no one will call me back to take my money and schedule a time. I told her I’m willing to work with any salesman I just want a garage door. She got very short and rude and went on to tell me that’s not how it works I need to work with the original salesman I was working with. She told me all this before I even got to tell her I have been trying to work with Derek and he isn’t helping. I didn’t care who helped me as long as I got a door. The very nice women at the desk will ensure I never refer anyone to this company nor will I encourage anyone to do business with them save yourself the time and go with a competitor. This company is profit based only like the review posted before me they are not here to provided any sort of customer service. Don’t even call them for a quote on a door by the pure chance you might have to deal with the wonderful lady on the other end of that phone. She will be sure to make sure you don’t enjoy the rest of your day when your done talking to her.

Had a install time of 3 days out. Same price guy made it very easy and had a scheduled time and date in less than a 5 minute phone call.

Horrible, rude customer service. When I first had the garage doors installed, it went smoothly, after that, and everything was paid off the company threatened to put a lien on my property. When I called them and explained that everything was paid, Carrie, gave an attitude and said, it’s our fault, okay, we understand now. Really?! That’s it! How about a threaten a lien on your property and see how you feel. Recently, I called to set up a service appointment and once again, Carrie, rude as ever, said «Well, I said it’s for an hourly rate and then hung up on me» This company needs to work on either getting rid of Carrie or pulling their heads out of you know where.
I can’t believe the customer service from this company. They want to treat military personnel this way, then I guarantee that they won’t have an influx of customers. Recommend paying a bit more and going elsewhere. Here, you really do pay for what you get.
