My family and I vacationed in Colorado in August and we visited this museum/science center. Because their admission price is so low, I assumed there weren’t many things to do, to see, or to learn from there. Boy, was I wrong. The museum has an entire hands-on section where kids(and adults) can play and see real science at work. My kids(ages 11 and 9) and I must have spent at least 45 minutes just in that section alone! It was fun and educational. This museum/science center is obviously not the largest, but for the price of the admission and the amount of cool science-stuff you get to play with, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I highly recommend this place.

We have used our ASTC passport in the past to visit the Discovery Center in Fort Collins. This summer we attemped to visit again but found a sign on the door of the old school building giving the location address of the new headquarters. I did enjoy the cabins and old homes at the new location. I didn’t like the layout or the cramped feeling that the exhibits have at the new place. It felt a lot more«hands off» than the older set up. I give the old location 4 stars and this new one only 2. I am not impressed and we probably won’t visit again.
