I approach Personal Training holistically. Sessions will include weight training, cardio, nutritional advice and stretching. My goal is to help individuals reach their full fitness potential in the healthiest was possible.
History
Established in 2011.
I am new to the Personal Training arena. I got into running, nutrition and fitness personally within the last 7 years. These things have taught me that I can change my mind and body with exercise. It has become my passion now that I want to share with others.

I did not get into health/exercise until after college. I was never one of those «athletic types»,
but a couple friends, one of which I am now married to, got me into running. First it was
just for fun (sort of). I found I loved it! Then I joined a gym. To my surprise I discovered I
could be quite athletic. The more I made my body do what I wanted it to do, the more passionate
I became about fitness. Since then I have worked as a Certified Massage Therapist, a Weight Loss Counselor
(mine and my husband’s diet got a complete overhaul), and have run more races including 5 and 10ks, 2 half marathons and a
sprint triathlon. I am currently training to be a self-defense and Kung Fu Instructor, and am a AAAI & ISMA Certified Personal
Trainer here at the Zone. My goal is to show anyone who has ever wanted to be thinner/more in-shape/stronger, that no matter your
current fitness level, there is an active and healthy person inside dying to get out!
