History
Established in 2003.
I went to culinary school at the age of 57, after my husband died. I worked as a private chef for a couple of years, fell into teaching, and decided I loved it. Moved into my present location, and haven’t looked back. It’s been a wonderful career!

Business Owner
Graduate of Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder, studied food in France for a month, with a one week stage at a restaurant in Avignon. Have taught in the wellness program for the city of Fort Collins, for the MS Society, at many venues around town.
