Campus Crossings at Ram’s Pointe

Really disappointing leasing agent. I’d rather walk across a mile of glass shards than continue a conversation with him.

No problems. Security is great and maintenance is very quick and on top of all requests. Everything is clean and well maintained. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful

Ram’s Pointe is a great place to live after the dorms. It’s a basic apartment, but it’s got everything you need: enough space, good location, heater/​AC, deck, good kitchen (it’s kind of crammed though), nice couches, dishwasher, AND a personal washer/​dryer (Ram’s Village does not have a personal washer/​dryer).
Also the security guards are very chill. I never once got a noise violation or my neighbors when we through parties (some of them were fairly big too).
The front desk peeps are super helpful and very nice people, they are always there to help. You also get your own mailbox and whatnot, very similar set to how it is in the dorms.
I believe Pointe is way nicer and more convenient than Ram’s Village. I’d definitely recommend living here and skip Village.

–OVERPRICED. for what you get, you pay a very high price for a unit that is filled with barely working cheap ass utilities (washer, dryer and ALL the kitchen appliances are shitty)
–Staff is incompetent and unknowledgeable
–The Show unit looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PLACE I AM LIVING AT.
–The furniture is DISGUSTING. I was promised that i would have new couches by the time i moved in. That was a BIG FAT LIE because there are gross mystery stains all over everything.
–Carpet is nasty.
–All the built in cabinets/​desks/​countertops are barely functioning. the tv cabinet is sagging in the middle. My bedroom desk is broken in so many places its not even funny.
ALL IN ALL: save your money and live somewhere closer to campus for way cheaper. Not worth all the issues.

I hate rams pointe. I’ve had to call in about my washer and dryer units more than ten times throughout the school year. The dishwasher doesn’t clean anything; it makes it dirtier. The ventilation system is so poorly planned, the living room will be upwards of 80 and the rooms will still be in the low 60’s. the windows are so leaky, I wake up with MORE ice in my glass of water than when I go to bed. Let’s not even get started at how the staff is very unhelpful when your roommates refuse to pay you for utilities. I was told «that’s not our problem, You have to deal with it». Heaven forbid you want to leave because of a god awful roommate situation; they are very unpleasant to work with and don’t even show an ounce of understanding towards theft within the apartment. The rent here is much too high to be dealing with these simple solution problems that they refuse to fix. Save yourself the trouble and rent a real apartment, not one of these run-​down shacks straight from the early 90’s that has seen no interior update sense.

the apartment is big with all kind of facilities! The environment is so nice. The neighbors are kind. I love playing basketball and tennis with my friends in Rams pointe

This is a good place to transition to after living in the dorms for the first year. I like how easy it is to request maintenance and the free coffee is always nice!
