Holy cow these guys are fantastic. Had a young person cut in front of me after Xmas day.
I smashed into their side and demolished my entire front end on my Lexus SUV! Their insurance. Gieco, incidentally, was outstanding in covering all the $ 12,000 in repairs and a rental car. First Jesse at Auto Collision Experts called me every week to give me a thorough update on the status of my vehicle. The repairs were absolutely flawless! I had huge damage including all the substructure parts. They were extremely consciences’ about repairing EVERYTHING perfectly.
The initial estimate was 3 weeks but they found more damage as they went and instead of cobbling up the repairs, they made sure all factory parts were replace correctly. When I picked it up they had it spotless and even cleaned the interior. No smell of paint or bodywork.

Professional, prompt and quick. They worked with me, explained everything and actually came in under the estimate. Did an excellent job of cleaning up my car that needed it, being snowy and yucky outside. They cleaned outside and inside (which was beyond expectation for a little damage to the finder flair) With the minor damage they were able to get me in and out in one day. Have no problem recommending them based on my experience. As a matter of fact I normally

I have had to bring my car here twice now for collisions. They are very helpful and always explain everything. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to work with you if you have any issues.

My name is Jessica Boudreau and I brought my Kia Rio into Auto Collision Experts to be fixed on Monday, the 20^th of October. They told me when they wrote up the estimate that it would take up to 5 days as long as there was no further damage done to it. I called them today (four days later) to make sure everything was going okay and that I could pick it up tomorrow like they promised since I never got a call telling me anything was wrong.
That was when the receptionist informed me that it wouldn’t be ready tomorrow because they were waiting on parts. I got upset and told her that I’ve had this appointment for over a month, how could they not have the parts? She then informed me that these were different parts because they found something else wrong with my car. I asked to speak with the guy that was handling my estimate and paperwork.
He claimed that they ordered the parts on Wednesday, because on Monday they found out what other parts that needed to be ordered then they waited for insurance approval. And he said that was just the procedure when I asked him why it took three days to do all of that.
Then when I told him that I was unhappy that they didn’t even call me to tell me about the parts before they ordered them, he told me that I signed a waiver when I gave them my car letting them order whatever was necessary so he didn’t technically have to inform me. This made me the most mad, he was condescending as if I did not have the right to know what was going on with my car.
If they found out what I needed on Monday, why did I have to call THEM on Thursday to double check everything was okay?
I am completely outraged and currently waiting for the supervisor to call me back. And its been almost an hour since the gentleman that handled my paperwork gave him the message.
I will not be coming here again. Nor will I refer anyone I know here.
