We bought a used washer, it leaked all over the floor, we then waited a week for a new one. Wednesday it showed up at the store, Don then made us take time out of our schedule to return and pick up the next one. The next one barely ran, started making a ticking noise and never worked, we then waited another week for the third one which was promised to be tested and run great. We then once again had to take time out of our schedule to go pick up the third one. This third one instantly threw an error code. We final pick another one up a week later and have a working washer and I am just shocked at the lack of service we have gotten for all we have been threw.
