Love this place! It was my first time in and needed some art framed. They were extremely friendly and helpful; have me lots of options for frames and price! I appreciate how they worked with my budget, but after all was said and done, I didn’t kind paying a little extra since the customer service was top notch! They had a sale BOGO sale which helped too. Shout out to Eric for the help!

Great selection for art supplies. Very slow on times for custom framing(3 weeks). If you need standard sizes or supplies they most likely have it. The Staff is very polite and did give us referrals.

I really hoped that I could find a useful frame store down in Fort Collins since I was in a rush to frame some of my work for a gallery opening. I rushed down to Jerry’s, but they did not have what I needed. I came to Aaron Brother’s on a recommendation from Jerry’s, but was sadly disappointed. The clerk wanted to sell me all sorts of things that I did not need. He tried to tell me that there was no way that I could frame my own artwork myself because I am an artist and professional framing is very different than creating artwork. I have made several frames in my time and stretched many canvases. I let him cut my mattes for me and purchased several frames. I came home only to realize that he cut them all wrong and that they did not fit into my frames. The matte cutter was not sharp and the edges were frayed as well. This adventure in time saving was money not well spent and it cost me more time to fix the mistakes made by Aaron Brothers. The only way I would recommend this place is if you wanted a gaudy frame for your wedding pictures for a steep price. Just remember that this place is owned by Michael’s Arts and Crafts.

Too expensive. The staff will and isn’t willing to help at all. It’s sort of like they could care less if I frame my 5 nice posters there or not. I give them 0 stars. Oh also they take forever to complete a project and the staff knows nothing about matting!!!

This was my first time getting something framed at Aarons Brothers and it will never EVER happen again. They have no idea what they are doing. The shadow box framing project took them more than a month to complete and when we called to check on the status of the order, they admitted they really didn’t know what they were doing and were trying to work it out. after another week or so of waiting they finally were able to put something together — you would think they were building a rocket ship. A shadow box should not be a collaborative month long challenge for a company that does framing for a living. The worst part of all — 3 weeks after I had the frame home — It literally fell apart off the wall! It was hung in a low light, cool area with little traffic, and when I went downstairs one day the glass, frame and box were on the floor in pieces!!! To make matters worse — other art was knocked off the wall and damaged by this. They refused to give me my money back but said they would fix it — I had no choice but to let them. I am told they used double sided adhesive to build the poorly crafted shadow box — knowing that it doesn’t hold up! Again, this frame was not put in sunlight or heat at all. It has taken them 5 days to fix the framed shadow box and I have not received an apology from the people who built it. This store has no business framing people’s sentimental belongings and valuable art work. Please do not ever go here or support their business in any way. Go to someone local who has a clue what they are doing and wont charge you $ 160 for a piece of crap.
