Rick is truly a great mechanic! Not everyone can work on Saabs, very difficult cars to deal with, thus making other makes «simple simon». Switched from a mechanic of 20 years to Rick and truly trust him COMPLETELY. He gets right to the problem and fixes it IMMEDIATELY!!! My 27 yr. old Saab sounds and runs like NEW — - I RECOMMEND this place totally— and I only discovered Rick 1 yr. ago!!! Thank you Rick!!!

We are out-​of-​towners and pulled in without an appointment when my car started making a horrible noise. The wonderful people at Hare Creek met us at the door, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed the issue within the hour. I would give them 6 stars if possible. It’s hard when something scary happens when you are out of town and things feel out of your control, but the wonderful crew at Hare Creek made us feel at home and comfortable right away.

I am a cheap and a been around the block a few times kind of gal and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Honest and no BS. Had a very annoying long time electrical problem fixed at Hare Creek Auto today and they did a GREAT job at a very reasonable price. My feeling of a good job well done was confirmed by the mechanic in the family. The owners and their top-​notch mechanic make feel safe and confident going here knowing I won’t be ripped off. Even have bought a couple cars from them and feel like a got a good solid deal. I don’t have this feeling about any other car dealerships in Fort Bragg, only HCA. Been going here for years and will continue to support them as they have me. Thank you!
