Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forrest City

I would give a 6^th star just for Twana!
Everything said is true. Room size, comfortable bed, with wide halls. There is room in the eating area to get around other people carrying food. And the coffee and cinnamon buns are awesome!
The king suite was $ 124 and included a refrigerator, Dish Satellite, and wi-​fi. The ONLY complaint was the sound of the trucks whizzing by at 70 mph on the highway outside our window. Good thing I always have ear plugs.
I particularly loved the décor and colors. It’s 3 years old and well maintained. We will keep our eyes open for more Holiday Inn’s that have been remodeled.
What a nice experience in direct contrast to the Crowne Plaza in Louisville.

This hotel has clean rooms, and the nicest staff! I’ve now stayed there twice, and certainly will next time I stay in Arkansas!

I felt safe and secure at this facility during my overnight stay after 10 hours on the road. Car filled with many things that I own thats priceless. I had a piece of mine. They had friendly staff and a nice hot breakfast waiting for me. Extremely comfortable room with wall-​to-​wall carpeting, very clean bathroom and a comfortable bed with multiple pillows.

The bed, amenities and experience were what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn midway between Memphis and Little Rock. It was filled with quiet travelers passing through who need a place to sleep for the night.
What made this experience worth five stars was the woman working the free breakfast room this morning. Tiwana must surely be an earth angel. She didn’t just do her job, she greeted everyone and checked in we were eating to see if we needed anything. Instead of a room filled with people eating breakfast as they stared at their cell phones or the TV screen, breakfast this morning was filled with fun conversation and the good spirit of a woman named Tiwana. She should be doing ads for Holiday Inn!
Thank you Tiwana for making the start of our long drive today so much better.

Extremely helpful staff. Entry way, lobby, pool, breakfast area and room were all very clean and neat with everything in working order. All staff we encountered seemed very happy and eager to please,

5 star hotel very clean, no smell when you walk into your room as I have experienced in some of my stays at hotels. Very large comfortable rooms. Stopped here on my way home from a reunion of more then 300 family members. One of the best sleeps I have ever had. The breakfast was amazing. The pancake maker was my favorite I had a few they were delicious. The night staff was great, all staff very very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was in town from California for a wedding and I was most impressed with how friendly and helpful your front desk staff was. I was most impressed with the woman who served our breakfast, Tiwana. She was so friendly and vibrant, such a fun, bright personality. You can tell she really cares about the guests experience and shows up everyday with a positive attitude. If there’s anything you do for employees who go above and beyond, please do it for her. She was such a joy.

Great room, big, clean, nice. Bed was comfortable. Great pillows. Nice staff. Breakfasts was superb! Bacon, sausages, pancakes, muffins, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Cinnamon roll. They had it all. Fruits too and oatmeal and cereal! A must stop here again!

Rooms are large and comfortable.
Breakfast is very nice.
The highlight is Tawana, the lady who takes care of the breakfast. She is friendly, quick to take care of all our needs. She is constantly checking to see if we need any thing. She’s a keeper HIE!

Great stay! Best option in the area. Great clean room, bed, bathroom, carpet. Comfy bed and pillows. Thermostat that works well. Brand name little shampoo & conditioner. Very friendly and accommodating staff from the front desk folks to the maintenance guy to the breakfast attendant. First time staying at a holiday inn express and I’ll definitely be staying again.

Nicest Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in. It’s new, clean, and reasonably priced!

The hotel is new, clean, and there is an indoor pool. The amenities are great. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the walls are ridiculously thin. Our next door neighbors woke up and started getting ready for their day about two hours before our alarm went off, but we heard EVERYTHING from conversations to shower curtains being opened. We are exhausted and have eight hours to drive today. We will not be staying here again.

This place wasn’t here 2 years ago when we stopped. Only been open since November 2012. Clean and plenty of outlets in the rooms for all our electronics to be plugged in. Would stay here on our way home again!
