Today, I have officially encountered the rudest, snobbiest, most miserable young woman from any drive thru restaurant that I have visited. Now, I know it’s the drive thru at a fast food restaurant, but I ATLEAST expect sub-par food and customer service. Here’s some advice so others don’t call corporate or complain to the manager like I did: 1. When you don’t put the order on the screen, don’t get an attitude when a paying customer asks you to read the order back. 2. When you get that order wrong, don’t get an attitude when it’s clearly your fault. 3. When you don’t hear the customer correctly don’t say rudely, «What’d you say???» with that most annoyed tone in your voice. 4. Don’t roll your eyes when someone asks for condiments, when you didn’t even offer it to them. The manager told me she would pull her in the back and speak to her about this. I doubt she will, but here’s my warning. Don’t come here and expect hot food and good service.

Most Wendy’s I’ve been to have been blazing fast. This one is definitely not. Doesn’t matter what time of a day, how many people in front of me, or what I order it takes at least ten or fifteen minutes to get through the drive thru. The food is about the same as all other locations.

The drive thru was fast, the employees were friendly, and the food was OK. No major complaints, but nothing spectacular either. It seems to have improved based on the reviews below.

This Wendy’s location is consistently bad. I’m normally a fan of this chain, but of the 5 or so times I’ve ordered from this location it seems as though there is ALWAYS a problem. This past visit to the drive-thru(2÷25÷15) I ordered a jr. hamburger, not a cheeseburger, with ketchup only(came with cheese and no ketchup), the Asiago chicken club sandwich was so over cooked it was a shriveled up piece of chicken jerky with an oil soaked crust and a small piece of bacon that was broken in half. The sandwich was cold so that the cheese didn’t even melt. Two orders of large fries were cold and soggy, a jr. Cheeseburger with«ketchup only» had no ketchup. Just terrible. You really have to blame the management here because there appears to be no standard for quality and consistency. The other fast food joints in Forney deliver excellent service and quality. Definitely skip this one or you’re sure to regret it.

I guess it’s been a very long time since I had Wendy’s because I remembered their food – and their prices! – a bit differently. I could have sworn they’d still have their 5 chicken nuggets for .99 cents, but it’s four for .99 or 6 for $ 1.49. They aren’t even really the same tasting anymore either. These were«spicy,» but seemed like they’d been under a heating lamp for a while before we got them. The rest of the order was fine and we were served quickly.
