We have a family law division for divorce, child custody, child support, and grandparent’s right. We have a personal injury division for auto accident, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. We have a criminal defense team for DWI, assault, possession, plea bargains, jury trials and appeals. We have a consumer debt division that helps clients fight back against aggressive debt collectors and debt collection lawsuits.

History

Established in 2011.

Guest and Gray has a history of service to Kaufman County. We are proud to have been in old downtown Forney for over 25 years as the Gray Law Firm (later Gray and Gray). Our Kaufman office (formerly Guest Law Firm) has been on the square in downtown Kaufman for the last 10 years. We are also excited about our new Rockwall Office. Founding Partners Robert Guest and Scott Gray began Guest and Gray with a vision of becoming a small-​town firm with big-​city litigation skills. We maintain a client focused practice while taking on the most challenging cases in Dallas, Kaufman, Rockwall and surrounding counties.

Business Owner

Robert Guest is Chief of the Criminal Defense Division at Guest and Gray. Robert has a track record of success fighting DWI and Drug Possession cses in Kaufman County. Robert is proud to fight for his client’s freedom and help them navigate the Kaufman County criminal justice system. Mr. Guest is a former Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor for Kaufman County. Mr. Guest is the former President of the Kaufman County Bar Association and currently serves on the Texas State Bar Board of Directors. Robert recently founded the Kaufman County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Robert is also a member of the NORML legal committee and an advocate for reforming our State’s punitive cannabis laws.
