I have lived here for 10 months now and I really enjoy it! I never have issues hearing my neighbors. Not sure if I just got lucky with quiet neighbors or if the walls are really that thick. The pool here is beautiful and there’s a key FOB system that makes you feel a lot safer than your average apartment. The staff is very friendly here. They do a wonderful job of keeping up landscaping. There’s an online system for paying rent that makes everything convenient. The only reason I will be moving from here is because a few months back I took a new job that is over an hour away. For now I make the commute and living here makes it feel worth it, but I will be sad when I move. I would highly recommend this complex. Lots of amenities for what you pay.

Awful. Doors are locked and pod access is down again. Can’t get home! They have my rent on time, but I can’t access my home after work. Seriously guys?

I have been in property management for 10 years and my experience at this community is ranked on my list of worst customer service. I visited to inquire about an apartment and neither staff members even bothered to ask my name. Wow, Westwood Residential, I do hope that the staff at Gateway Cedars is not a true representation of your company’s mission.
