Had them drop by to install new front door handle/lock set, and match cylinder with other current house doors, Some keys were cut. A few weeks later, noticed some of the keys were not working well on some of the doors. Called them back … requested after work hours service … no problem. Showed up, checked all door locks and cut new keys. Smooth as silk. No charge. The owner claimed he stands by his service warranty. Seldom seen these days. Highly recommend.
