The Residences at the Grove

Wonderful place to live! Close to El, Metra, 290. Close to cute Forest Park. Quiet with beautiful landscaping. Great management company. Heated garage. Super convenient.
Love it!

Nice quiet suburban area with direct access to the blue line. You walk less than 50 feet and the blue line is right there. It’s pretty awesome because you can get into the city in less than 20 – 30 minutes daily.
There is indoor parking for condo owners. They have a gym and a community room. There is a little patio area in the back but the fountain is off during the winter.
The neighbors above our relatives have wood floors and are very noisy when they walk but this is a very specific and probably nothing to do with the rest of the building. All the appliances are stainless steel.
They have those poop bags for dogs around outside for the homeowners. (Clearly I don’t own a dog and have no idea what to call it)
There is guest parking outside too but has limitations. (See my tip)
This is right off of Madison and near Des Plaines. You have access to 290 which is really nice. You have access to Madison street in Forest Park with all the shops, restaurants, and bars. Also very close to Oak Park too.
Some of the neighbors on the floor cook a lot of fish lol because it was something we smelled a lot while visiting.
Otherwise I liked it here and think it was pretty rad. (Retro talk)
