Specialties
We specialize in specifically BBQ which is smoked in our aquarium style smoker. We do tips, ribs, chicken and hotlinks which all are slathered with our homemade BBQ sauce. We also temperature smoke pork butts and beef brisket for up to 10 hours for our sandwiches. We also carry other items like Italian Beefs, Meatball Sandwiches as well as Breaded Steaks. History
Established in 2006.
Our business started off in Maywood in the early 90’s with a restaurant called Meatballs Etc. We did not serve BBQ at first we were only a beef and hot dog stand at first. After a couple of years and a noticeable lack of BBQ in the area we did some traveling, research and culinary learning and with the help of friends we purchased an aquarium smoker (that is still used today) and started a new trend. After the frequent buyers demanding more BBQ we expanded buy doing Ribs, Hotlinks, Chickens, Beef Brisket and BBQ Pork. Nowadays our dream of being a top dog in the BBQ category has been glorfied with a more elaborate menu that blends BBQ with some other traditional items. All of our rubs and sauces are all homemade allowing with everything else. We now do homemade items like Mustard and Turnip Greens, Fried Mac N Cheese, Baked Bean etc.
