Creative, Nurturing, Professional. Principle Dance serves ages two years and up, levels beginner-advanced. Classes in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and Creative Movement are offered by inspiring and experienced teachers. Tristan Bruns of Tapman Productions is our 2015 – 2016 Resident Artist.
Our success lies in part to the marriage of artistry and science implemented in all classes offered. All teachers have college degrees and previous experience teaching and performing. Our carefully planned curriculum ensures continuity and progress as students advance over time. Limited class size provides students with the individual attention that they need. Both of our dance rooms are equipped with ballet barres, mirrors, and sprung floors that absorb impact and relieve strain on the ankles, knees, and spine. We cultivate artists through performances of The Nutcracker and an original Recital with a creative story line.
History
Established in 2007.
Principle Dance has been offering excellence in dance education since we opened in Riverside in 2007. In 2012, we moved to our Forest Park location with ample parking and more space for our growing program. Today, the school remains true to its core values while continually adapting to students’ needs.
