They are so rude. They cannot find my name on the list and want me to get the verification. However, I call my dental insurance company and they told me I am on the list and they cannot do the verification under that situation. I call the dental office again and receptionist said she won’t answer my phone unless she receives the verification. Then she hung me up.

We tried him out for a routine cleaning because he was the closest in our network. He was rough and sloppy with the water gun. We walked out of there feeling like we’d been assaulted and hosed down.
