If I could give 0 (zero) stars and still leave a review I would. I have been told «It will be another 20 – 25 minutes sir» for the last 3 hours! I’m literally still sitting by the road as I type this. USAA roadside service dispatched this company to tow me home which is only 3 miles away and the original ETA was 1:44 p.m. after I placed a call at 12:14 p.m. At 3:05p.m. I finally get a call from the driver saying his ETA is 19 minutes from now! What The F&@$!!! Worst experience ever! Please do not use.

This company was dispatched by USAA roadside assistance. The wait was supposed to be 90 minutes. I waited for 3 hours for a tow. Every time I called and my insurance company called they said 10 or 15 minutes away. I know, I was a fool for not canceling and getting another truck in route, but then it would be another 90 minute wait. I was hopeful that they would get their $hit together, but I was wrong! Save yourself the trouble. If your insurance company dispatches them please request a different company.

I hate I even have to put one star. Audi roadside service dispatched this company. After two hours I called them only to have the operator hang up on me, then cancel my service altogether after I said I would recommend Audi no longer use them. This is the worst customer service ever, leaving a stranded motorist on the road for two hours then canceling altogether. The wait for towing was ultimately over four hours because of this awful company. DO NO USE!!!

This company was dispatched by Progressive roadside assistance when I needed a tow after a flat tire. I gave Progressive my address, which was in town Atlanta. The address I gave was «650 North Avenue, at the corner with Glen Iris.» I’m not sure why Forest Park was the closest available, but whatever.
I’m not going to editorialize on this much, I’ll just let the facts speak for themselves.
I placed the call to Progressive at 8:10 AM.
I received a text at 8:17 AM saying that the tow truck ETA was 9:17 AM. I was disappointed at that, but ok — I can get some work done in that time. I parked myself at a coffee shop.
At 9:17 I called the company to ask about ETA. The company called the driver and then said the ETA was 15 minutes.
Then at 9:23, the driver called me and said that the GPS ETA was another 24 minutes.
In neither of the foregoing phone calls did anyone express any concern that the address information was not clear.
Progressive’s service called me at 9:35, then after talking with the company again said that there was a delay because of «weather» (it was lightly drizzling) and the ETA was another 15 minutes.
I received a text message at 9:42 saying that the ETA was 9:47, which was slightly inconsistent with what I had just been told.
At 9:55, I called the company again, because no sign of driver. They placed me on hold.
At 10:03 while still on hold, the driver called me. He said that he was on the way, but that originally his GPS had led him to «North Ave NW» and not «North Ave NE,» so when he saw there was no parking deck there he turned around. I repeated the intersection «North and Glen Iris» again and detailed directions to the deck from there, and he said he would input the intersection into the GPS. I asked ETA, he said 7 minute ETA.
At 10:16, I called the driver. No answer.
At 10:17, I called the company and asked them to send another driver. They placed me on hold for about 10 minutes, then conferenced in the original driver. The driver said that he was sitting in front of the address and it was a house and no parking deck was around. (There is no way this can be true.) I asked him what about the intersection. He said his GPS was not accepting that street. I spelled «Glen Iris» about seven times and assured him that it was a real street. He said his GPS did not have the street in it, and he would try his phone instead. After being on the phone with him for about 10 minutes, I told him to keep trying, but in the meantime I was going to call other providers to see if anyone could come faster. At this point I was in danger of missing several client appointments and was quite frustrated and anxious.
At 10:38, I called the driver again to inquire about status. He said he was still trying to use the address because the intersection wouldn’t work. I gave him an address on Glen Iris instead to put in his phone. He gave an 11 minute ETA.
At 10:50, I called the company. I again asked for another driver. The dispatcher blamed Progressive (with an unhelpful attitude).
At 11:01, he arrived.
Progressive called me later and agreed that «getting a tow should not be this complicated.» I feel bad for the guy if his GPS sucked, but a) a tow company should not be using tomtoms from the 1990s (I have no idea what year it was from, but it had to be pretty old if it legitimately did not have Glen Iris in it) b) Even if 650 North Avenue is ambiguous, you clarify that ambiguity by asking — and regardless, North Avenue & Glen Iris is not ambiguous.
Luckily, this day is almost over!
