I was really skeptical about going to renew my license… the only thing I could think about were the horrible lines and the rude customer service, well I was wrong. The line was only long because the place wasn’t opened yet but one of the employees told us if we went ahead and filled out the application early then it would be an easy process and he was right. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. my advice to everyone is fill out the application and bring your confirmation and your process will be quick!

The last time I got my license in GA was 10 years ago and I still have PTSD from that experience. I was dreading it. And it was just a renewal. I came prepared. The website let me pre apply and told me exactly what to bring. And they give you estimated wait times! The result. In and out in 9 and a half minutes. Mind. Blown.

Fast and Outstanding service! Was in and out of there within 20 mins on a Friday 11÷21÷14 before lunchtime. Thank you Mr Bernade, he is pleasant/​wonderful and have a great personality. looks like he is a little over 50 yrs old. Thanks also for putting up with my picture taking. I better not hear anyone talking bad about there, cause it’s about choosing the right time to go Lol.

I expect to have some wait time… so, I brought a book with me. An hour later, I look up and realized Iave been waiting over an hour and they only called two from my alphabet. I left, went to Dekalb, was out in 15 minutes.

I’m sure you’re thinking, «DDS? Five Stars? Really?» Yes, really. I mean, sure, it’s the DDS. Yes, there are long lines, impatient citizens, and yes going to the DDS is generally tiresome. But I had a very different experience there not too long ago.
A recent trip took me to the Forest Park location to get my nonagenarian grandmother’s state-​issued ID. It was Keith P (the name on the receipt) who was compassionate, careful, and very cognizant of my grandmother’s needs. Keith was quick. He was very friendly, and very respectful of my grandmother. He bent over backwards to serve my grandmother, and I am very appreciative of that.
