We specialize in great, made from scratch food, with friendly service, in a cozy atmosphere all at a reasonable price.

Chef Dan Grilz has created a broad menu with something for everyone’s taste. It’s made to order so you can have it the way you like it.

Our servers are friendly and knowledgeable and will guide you through the food and beverage choices you will have.

The full bar offers a happy hour second to none with two for one drinks and specially priced appetizers 3:00 — 6:00 everyday and 9:00 — 10:00 Sunday — Thursday.

During nice weather you will find outdoor dining on our patio or screen porch overlooking beautiful Castlewood golf course.

History

Established in 2008.

Since taking ownership of Stella’s a couple years ago, Max Stephens and Billy Lawson have been busy renovating the physical appearance of the restaurant, bar and event center, but they have also made changes to the menu. «While we offer dinner specials everyday and have added many comfortable booths to the dining area, Stella’s especially takes pride in our support of the local community», says Stephens.

Manager

Our Executive Chef is Dan Grilz. He is responsible for everything that comes out of the kitchen at Stella’s.

He makes sure whatever you order at Stella’s will be fresh, good tasting and a good value. From appetizers like the Monkey’s Uncle to entrée’s like Steak Frites, Dan’s food will have you coming back to Stella’s time and again to sample everything on the menu.

Dan came to us after working under several great chefs in some great kitchens including the latest, the Hanger Room in Mahtomedi, MN.

As he continues to make improvements on the Stella’s menu, Dan has plenty of ideas for some special feature menus for upcoming holidays… stay tuned.
