Small location but the staff is so helpful
The place is small so you can easily see everything from the door which make everything a little bit easier you don’t have to look everywhere

SERIOUSLY! I HATE RADIO SHACK! I read they treat their employees like crap, and it shows — I’ve shopped at several of them thinking it was «ME» — 43rd & 6, 63 Drive and Queens Blvd., and Whitestone Shopping Mall. No wonder, the store is EMPTY. The sales staff is CLUELESS, RUDE AND THEY HAVE sales manners. I only go to RADIO HACK when Best Buy is closed or I’m too lazy to walk 5 block away from my residence.

TERRIBLE service, unbelievably rude staff. I brought a GPS in to be repaired, and had to pre-​pay a shipping charge up front. I never heard back. Two weeks later, I called the repair number to be told they never received the item. It was still sitting in the store. They finally shipped it to repair, again, I never head back. Eventually, I got my GPS back — no repair, no refund. I called the district office… «ah well, we can’t do anything, that’s the company policy.» Spend your money someplace else.

Today was the third (and last) time I went to Radio Shack on 71st Avenue in Forest Hills. I had phoned them from right around the block asking if they had a specific phonein stock. They told me they did. As soon as I ot there and asked for it, and telling them I didn’t want a plan or a cntract, just the phone, I was told they just sold the last one. Today is the third time I could’t get what I needed. The service is awful and
I will never go back.

Yup, there are better Radio Shack locations throughout the country but this is the only one near my house so I brave the indifference and attitude of the sales help here– what’s a girl to do?
Try to know as much as you can about what you need before coming in here because these guys do not suffer fools at all… but then, neither do I.

BOOOO! This Radio Shack absolutely sucks! The workers here are so damn rude. I came in here to see what HD cables they have and for some other wires I needed for my speakers. The old dude here is a freakin grouch. I don’t know whats up his ass but he needs to leave. He talks to customers as if they’re stupid as shit. He has this nasty attitude in all his responses an then gives a attitude when I’m paying for it. What the fuck is his deal? One of the biggest pricks on earth. Freakin guy is old and works at a Radio Shack and he thinks of himself as some sort of superior store manager or some shit. I’m not sayin that the customer is always right but if the customer is asking you a question politely about something he or she isn’t too sure about, why the attitude? What a friggin douche…
