Worst psychologist I’ve seen in my life, completely unprofessional, extremely prejudiced

Worst follow up or response to queries ever experienced. He was the therapist that was suppose to help me understand what my son may/​maynot be going thru. All he did was bill. NO TREATMENT or INFORMATION ever, even when requested in writing. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!

I’ve had a lot of therapist (6), and I am a therapist, so this is where I’m coming from when I write a review of a therapist.
Dr. Quatrano is a forensic psychologist who works with families in the courts regarding custody issues, and he also works with as regular therapist. I see him for regular therapy. I happen to be going through some of the stuff he has some expertise, though he’s not working through the courts with me. I find him wise and centered.
He listens well, and gives good advice, and gives me the space to develop my own wisdom. He’s not above helping me out a little and can speak some plain common sense and orient me when I get a little off the normal path. He’s the right person for me at this time. When I get through this crisis, I will update about whether he’s a good therapist for a long kind of deep work, but so far so good. I feel there is potential to do deeper work beyond crisis. I recommend him.
He has a lot of certificates on the wall, seems well trained, and not in danger of going out of business. He’s been in his own therapy for many many years, will not throw everything back on me, he can be real and authentic in the room. He’s not above me, or superior, treats me with respect.
I would recommend him for forensic work as well, with the family courts. I have cases in my own practice where there is legal involvement and I have consulted with him, and his comments seem wise, he has lots of experience and seems culturally sensitive.
