I would highly recommend Lily. I recently sold a Forest Hills co-​op, with Lily as my real estate agent. I spoke with a number of different agents from different brokers, but decided to go with Lily because she was knowledgeable and articulate.
I was not disappointed! She is extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. She pays great attention to every detail. She was always accessible (any time and any day!) and kept me up to date with the status. She quickly built the trust that I was looking for in an agent! The entire process went as smoothly as possible, with Lily facilitating as much as she could. If I had any questions, Lily made sure to answer them as clearly and completely as possible.

Lily is nothing short of amazing. A colleague referred me to her after I decided to relocate to another state and I was incredibly happy with how she handled the sale of my co-​op. My move was happening fast which meant I was going to be far away for most of the sale and that I needed to focus much of my energy on that instead of on my apartment. Lily listed and sold my co-​op in Forest Hills. She was knowledgable of the local market and realistic and fair in what my apt should be listed at. She was also very much in touch with the specifics of the purchases and sales requirements for my building which was very helpful when vetting offers. She was always responsive to my numerous inquiries of the process and updates of potential buyers and provided me with insight and her expertise in «how things worked». There were appts to view the apt immediately after the listing was up and she was extremely helpful in the negotiating of offers.

Lily is beyond awesome, accommodating and super helpful.
She didn’t waste our time with the lowball offers and was very realistic about the market and what we should list our apt at. We had showings scheduled immediately after our apt was listed and we had a few offers before we accepted one we were happy with.
She’s very knowledgeable about Forest Hills and always replied to emails within the hour. We just recently bought a house and although we’re worked with her associate most of the time, Lily was still super helpful with any Qs we had and gave us sound advice.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone that’s looking to buy or sell a place!
