the cost of their items are four five times the cost on amazon online… they jack their prices up which is a shame since they seem to be exploiting people who really need these things… I needed a cast cover for my foot… they charged $ 35.00 for the same one amazon charges $ 11. for… I’ll never buy anything there again.

Horrible ! I went to Jones to purchase a nebulizer that my doctor prescribed for me. I called my health care provider to find out where I could go In-​Network. They said the closest place was Jones. I went to Jones with my prescription and my Health Insurance Card. They told me the «guy» that deals with nebulizers would be in on Wednesday. I returned on Wednesday and the «guy» tells me that they do NOT accept Insurance, it’s cash or credit card only. I left and called my Insurance company the next day. The insurance company told me No, they do accept my insurance. I called Jones back and a women answered the phone and I explained my situation. She said to me (and I quote) «You people want everything for free». Ummmm no, I’ve paid into my health insurance for 27 years. Not exactly FREE !!! I ignored her obnoxious comment and continued to ask her about getting the nebulizer. She than tells me they don’t carry them and hangs up the phone on me. These people are in the medical field. They should want to help people but instead they are lazy, rude, obnoxious and offensive. I will NEVER give them my business. I rather go further distance or via mail than give these people a penny of my hard earned money. I also plan on reporting them to my insurance carrier.
