Stay away! I ordered a sandwich from here earlier today, and within 30 minutes of eating it, it was evident I had food poisoning. This was the only thing that I ate today. and it’s obvious they do not clean their slicers. I will say the staff is friendly and as a 7⁄11 alternative this place is ok. But seriously guys, avoid the deli like it’s the plague.

In desperate need of an overhaul, the store is very dated and in poor condition. The staff seems to have no care or aren’t even bothered to upkeep the place. For a convenience store that is in a relatively busy area it is poorly stocked and the attendants move slower than snails, this is just another business on Queens Blvd that is waiting to die, I am surprised it is still open. There are tons of other choices just a short one block walk up the street.

I’ve been going to Fast Break for years. Usually for a quick coffee or paper it’s convenient. However, I am still highly disturbed when last week, I went to pour milk into my coffee and it smelled very off. I told the man behind the counter about it… he then tells me he just opened the milk and there was nothing he could do. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It doesn’t matter what the expiration is (which actually was the next day but should it matter?) — bad milk is bad milk. I haven’t bought coffee there since.

Crappy place, always sort of smells, and their breakfast sandwiches suck. They are in the same shopping center as a wallgreens and an actual deli. Go to those places. Skip this one, unless the other two are closed for some odd reason.

Once upon a time while residing in Forest Hills I would patronize this convenient store occassionally for bagels, eggs, bread rolls, vitamin water, and cookies (being a huge Cookie Monster) for a hearty breakfast, yet on the go.
I like Fast Break as this location is quite clean and has more options than the typical 7-​Eleven.
