Business Owner

Derek has owned his business for over 28 years, and has been working as a licensed Optician since 1975. He makes sure to stay informed of changes within the industry by taking a yearly education course and renewing his license every three years. As Owner of Eye Q Optical, Derek’s priority is making sure all of your vision needs are taken care of quickly and effectively. He also works as an Optician at the store, working to help fit the perfect lenses for your specific needs. Derek’s goal is to provide high-​quality eye exams and eyewear in a comfortable, friendly environment. He enjoys taking care of regular patients year after year, and looks forward to meeting new faces.
