Terrible service. I keep going there 2 – 3 times a week and now it keeps getting worse. After talking to them, they just skipped me with words«next». Rude, terrible and disrespectful. I do not recommend it.

The coffee is always made correctly but the donuts are usually stale. Always packed here in the morning hours.

New service crews are all stupid, i ordered small size of café latte and i paid $ 3.96 very expensive for that size so i asked if that is the real price and they said«yes“wow i cant believe it is pricier than a starbucks latte, then today i went there and ordered oreo coolatta and this newly hired stupid guy said theres no more oreo coolatta, as if he was so sure of it. He didnt ask first before deciding to come up with an idea that product is unavailbale. but his co worker disagreed and told him«there is oreo coolata» so i made face in front of him as if now what stupid and i could tell he got embarrassed of his stupid act. Btw that coolatta wasnt for me it was for someone else. So i got the Oreo coolatta and ate happily. The place is good. But the key to have a great business is having great employees. Make sure your employees are worth to hire and hopefully they know the meaninh of customer service

I like this DD, they have fresh bagels and donuts. Something that I like about this place also is that they never never never overcharge you for extra caramel or even whipped cream like other DD charge. The only bad thing about this place is that sometimes the service is slow.

I don’t like their service. They always tell me the bagel I want is not ready or available. Bad attitude.

I really like this Dunkin Donuts in the heart of Forest Hills. It’s better than most of the others I’ve been in that there are enough seats for everyone and the service is REALLY nice. They also are super quick with your food and ready to answer any questions. Obviously the prices are all the same, but it’s a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a sandwich or a sweet tea.

Not bad. I prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee to Starbucks. I’ve been going here for years – the employees are nice to you.

Everytime I order a jelly donut here or jelly munchkins they are always relatively fresh and –get this– full of jelly! I can’t stand when you order a jelly donut from DnD and it’s 98% stale donut and 2% jelly. Which is usually the case at all the DnDs in the city. This place does jelly donuts justice. Bravo, Dunkin Donuts.

Super slowwwww. 2 ppl on register using one register… The guy had to tell the person making my coffee that I wanted a large with extra half and half 3x… Dude it’s not a complicated order…

This is the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. They will disregard what you ask for and give you what they feel like giving you. Their attitudes definitely suck also. There are too many dunkin donuts in queens for you to waste your money here.

The service in this place isn’t great but it’s clean, they’re clean, and the food is good. I swear pumpkin muffins from this DD are better than any other DDs in the city. That could just be because I had my first one of the season from here and it was the highlight of my week that I could finally have pumpkin muffins again, but I’m consistently not disappointed by this place. Also, they have a generous amount of seating which is a bonus. Sure the staff is sometimes a little frosty but there’s good food, a bathroom that didn’t make me want to vomit or immediately go take a shower, and a place to sit… what more could you want?

Perfectly fine, national chain. My one complaint is that the chairs keep disappearing and some of them are missing the«feet» so they’re actually kind of tippy. Get some more chairs and fix the ones in there.

I’m in and out of here all the time. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of the coffee. You really can’t screw up Dunkin Donuts coffee. And it beats Starbucks brand any day of the week. On the down side, their staff isn’t always friendly — or bright. I know their job isn’t the easiest, dealing with all kinds of people, but that doesn’t get them off the hook. For example, one time I ordered a decaf iced coffee and since it was early evening, they literally had to tip the container to get the last of the coffee out. I asked how old the batch was and their reply, «this morning». So ewwww. But that’s not the worst part. There wasn’t enough iced coffee to fill the cup so the employee put in more ice and filled the rest with milk. When they gave it to me it looked like a plain cup of milk with ice in it. I asked what happened to the coffee. They laughed it off like it was a joke. It tasted gross and they had nothing else to give me except a regular, hot, cup of coffee. I could have saved everyone time by just ordering that if they’d told me up front the iced decaf wasn’t going to happen. Just sayin’.

Great and quick service. Manager on duty honored my Free Dunkin Dounut Coffee coupon which I earned while donating blood to the Red Cross Blood Center in January. My coupon just expired, and I didn’t realize i, and the manager on duty was very sensitive to my feelings and didn’t blink and eye and said he would honor my 1 pound bag of free dunkin donut coffee. Just for the great service, appreciation and courtesy, I would drive the extra mile and go to that specific location.

Pink and orange??! Apparently it goes together better than I thought! There was another donut shop, Twin Donuts, in this exact location in Forest Hills by the E & F train station. But it closed down. Now that it’s Dunkin Donuts, there has been a line more often than not. I guess brand names for coffee and donuts mean more than I thought. I was lucky on Easter Sunday. I walked in wanting a large unsweetened iced tea with lemon. It’s 99 cents for any size right now. Yay. So I got a large. When I say large, I mean it was LARGE! Wow. It was the height if my head. I approximate about 30 to 32 ounces of iced tea for 99 cents. Awesome! I’ll be back for more iced tea! 4 stars for 99 cents iced tea and proximity to work. Yay.

Terribly small, but I was in and out within minutes. My bagel wasn’t burned and my friend’s omelet was made in a timely fashion. If I was in the area, I’d come here again. Although, Starbucks is right across the street…
