Really cute costume jewelry place. I came in to look for wedding hair pins. Some thing were too childish, I didn’t want crystal butterflies and hearts in my hair. But I was also looking for heavy duty silver hairclips for our Flower Girl and here is where I Found the perfect one. It was a beautiful classy jeweled butterfly, strong slip and made very well. We were told later on that it was the only clip that shes ever had that stayed on while she ran around all day. For $ 10 – 14 a small clip, it was pricey but worth it!

A small costume jewelry, bags and hair accessory boutique that fends a «dream» like state on Forest Hills’ commercial street. Below mediocre quality where sales associates are subject to Big Brother watching customers’ every waking movement. In conjunction under The Eye of Sauron(aka managers) they are not resourceful to assist customers’ needs. Nothing spark my interest for my liking. I was unable to attain a heart shape sterling silver necklace or blue necklace. It is certainly no dream come true for me.

While walking down Austin Street, this place caught my attention. My sister and I went in and saw the $ 1.99 sign for jewelry. I like a good deal like everyone else but nothing caught my eye. Then while looking at the rings, which might have been the only redeeming quality, I notice two store employees and the girl behind the register looking at us. Relax I’m not going to steal $ 2 jewelry, I don’t appreciate being stared down. The back of the store was filled with tacky bags that I would never step out in public with. They need to get better stuff and a security camera as to not make customers uncomfortable.

Jenine F. is right. This is a small & sparkly store, and it is one of those mediocre knock-off jewelry & accessory places… that my friend & I happen to enjoy frequenting, even if the pickings are slim and the prices are wildly mismatched for the quality of the items. We did enjoy the bling rings for $ 2, and my friend ended up purchasing a very iced out lizard. He was really cute and kind of fun for only $ 2. But as soon as we reached the car, Mr. Lizard detached himself from the ring. When we brought him back, the lady allowed us to replace it but still… $ 2 should last at least 2 days, not 2 minutes!

This small, sparkly store opened on Austin Street recently so I just had to check it out. There’s a plethora of stores filled with mediocre jewelry, clothes and accessories on Austin Street and Dreams Boutique is yet another one. Sigh. I was hard pressed to find anything to buy that hinted at quality. I seriously considered a mauve patterned lucite ponytail holder, but the salesperson was way too busy ignoring me, the only customer in the store. What is it about Austin Street that attracts this type of store? What caliber of woman did their buyer have in mind when shopping for merchandise? If these typres of stores would pay attention to what American women are wearing in buying, the shopping on this busy street would be a lot more lucrative and fun.
