Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services

I like Achieve Beyond for Early Intervention Evaluations. The evaluation team is courteous and very proactive. Harry Azcona, the evaluations coordinator, is very nice. He is very reachable and will follow up with the service coordinators, consistently. He also outreaches to let us know what is available at Achieve Beyond. I recommend this agency for evaluation to all my fellow service coordinators.

Achieve Beyond has very prompt scheduling for evaluations and very knowledgeable staff. Harry is always easily accessible and very prompt in answering any questions and adressing any concerns inquired. Great courteous evaluation coordinator overall. Highly recommend for all your evaluation needs.

If I could give this terrible establishment 0 stars I would. As a mother of a child with special needs living in the Queens area I thought that I would reach out to Achieve Beyond to inquire about services for my child. The staff there is the biggest group of rude, unintelligent people I have ever spoken to. They made it very clear that all this business cares about is MONEY. They do not care about children with special needs at all. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are hundreds of agencies that are worthy of your service and time. Being a teacher at an elementary school I am in constant contact with therapists that come to us from different agencies and not one therapist recommends Achieve Beyond. A terrible place overall.

As a parent looking for pediatric services it is always a difficult task but working with Achieve Beyond has made the process much easier. My child who is diagnosed with Autism, needs ABA services and I wanted to use my insurance. Thankfully they accepted my insurance and we are able to receive the services! It has truly been a wonderful experience working them. I was surprised by the other reviews. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Achieve Beyond!

I emailed Achieve Beyond at the beginning of the year to gain some information for my boyfriends 5 year old autistic son. I was excited when I received close to ten emails with people offering their help. The next day I called one of the females who emailed back to get some more information. My main concern was having a therapist come to our home to work with my boyfriends son due to the fact that he doesn’t get home until 4 pm I was reassured that this was possible and that they would need his insurance information. The call ended with «I will get back to you within 2 – 3 business days». Two weeks passed and I didn’t get a call. So I called the female back. She stated that they wouldn’t accept his insurance and that I would have to contact Fidelis. So I spoke to Fidelis and was able to situate the insurance so that it was acceptable. Once that was completed I called again and spoke to the same female I’ve been dealing with. The call ended with the same promise made the last time. It’s been two and a half months, and I’ve yet to hear anything from them. This irks me because we’re talking about services for a child who is in need of a therapist. I’m honestly not sure if I’ll call back. I feel like I’m better off just going else where.

As a professional in the field, I came to a workshop ran by achieve beyond. I was able to meet the supervisors that work in the offices throughout New York. The supervising staff is very informative and educated in their field of specialty, but their attitudes towards people that are employees or possible employees is extremely unpleasant.

I just called and received the rudest customer service ever. I called to ask for a location and what languages are spoken at their offices. The person on the line told me she didn’t understand what my question was. I repeated my question and she rudely answered.
I said thank you, and wanted to say «For future reference, you don’t have to be so rude with you answer.» But she hung up right after I said thank you.
If this is how they treat you for a question on location, I dread to find out how they will treat the patients.
