Great food and by far the best customer service in the fast food industry. Every single person there is always so friendly and kind.

Really a nice Chic-fil-a. Everyone who works there is pleasant and willing to help you even on the busiest days. Even Suzanne who MH seems to have a problem with? Actually Suzanne and Lynette add some maturity to a, normally run by teenagers, business. Great food, portions and value for your money. Fine example of what good leadership can accomplish in the fast food industry.

My first time at a Chick Fil A– and I loved it! The staff were especially friendly. I came in with my performance group and we ended up singing for them and they gave us those stuffed cows! I’ll be back soon!

I’ve been to plenty of Chick Filas and the deliciousness of the food, friendliness of the staff are consistent features across the board. This Chick Fila however, stands out for its excellence in quality amongst its brethren. The orders are fulfilled very quickly, despite its usual busyness and, in the rare case that it they aren’t, they comp you a sandwich. The staff is relatively young, enthusiastic and very friendly. The store is always very clean and it is my pleasure to give this Chick Fila five stars.

WTF. Who hired Susanne(Team Leader)? Mean to staff, mean to guest and mean to kids! NEVER says«my pressure» Either retrain or fire her. Other than her restaurant is a FIVESTAR establishment.

Ohhhhh, chick fil a. You’ve hired a cow to tell me to eat more chikin, and she don’t have to tell me twice. Chick fil a is a fast food restaurant that defies the industry standard. This location is no different. It is ALWAYS clean. The employees are NEVER rude or lazy. They go above and beyond in attitude and service. The way they smile and say«my pleasure» makes me feel like I’m their most favorite customer of the day. I’ll take it. The spicy chicken deluxe is my JOINT. If you’re a fan of spicy food, you probably know the frustration of eating something that claims to be spicy, but doesnt jolt your tastebuds in any way. This sandwich delivers a nice kick. The cheese is worth the extra cents. Yummmm. And that chick fil a sauce? Hit me up with three — no, make it four. I want those salty, delicious waffle fries coated in that delectable goodness. Follow it up with a cookies and crème milkshake. Manifique. I love you, chick fil a.

I know it’s a franchise and they’re everywhere, but this one is clean and consistent even in the crowded times. Tableside service makes it feel less fast-food-like. Dual drive-thrus are so efficient most people are not ready to pay when they get to the window. It’s a little out of the way unless you know/live in the area, but well worth stopping if you find yourself there.

Ann’s review is absurd! It has never taken anyone 45 minutes to get served at a fast food restaurant ever. It sounds like you didn’t stand up and ask where your food was after a few minutes passed. This restaurant is extremely busy because it just opened, but from what I’ve seen, the place has been fully staffed in order to remain efficient. But by all means, if you prefer the gross McDonald’s down the street, you’re one less person I’ll have to wait behind at Chickfila!

Relatively new location. Had not been to a Chick-Fil-A ever. With youngest grandson in tow, my daughter hauled me to this location during a recent visit to MD. Very impressed with the facility, menu, staff, service — all ++. The chicken filet sandwich and fries were probably the best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant, yes — better than Beef-A-Roo back home. Lots of menu choices. Placed our order and a staffer brings it out to you shortly. The grandson had nuggets and a juice. He was a member of the«Clean Plate Club»(of course, there wasn’t a plate, but he finished his meal). They had a friendly staffer walking around constantly checking for customer needs, cleaning tables. A little later another staffer was passing out little ice cream cones for the kids. Nice touch. The play area was busy and very child friendly with soft bumpers and shields on the edges and corners. Best play area I’ve seen in fast food restaurants. This restaurant is super clean, has sanitized bathrooms. It is bright, colorful, well lighted, has a great staff and is well run.

For a new establishment, this place does a really nice job. They are always busy, but have enough staff to make your wait minimal. They have two drive-thru lanes to make the process faster. My order is always accurate, and the tea is just sweet enough. If you haven’t already, try the Cookies & Cream Milkshake. Sheer delight.
