Grateful Dog Grooming

I just took my two cockapoo dogs there and I must say THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My dogs are like my children and they were treated like gold. Let me say my dogs were matted so badly they looked like cardboard boxes when they walked. They were busy but I dropped the dogs off at 10am and we’re ready by 2pm. fast friendly service to my best friends.

This place is terrible, I brought in my small dog at 9a.m. very easy basic cut and she wasnt ready until 6p.m. I was told 3 – 4 hrs. BUT that wasn’t the case. On top of taking forever, her haircut was the worst cut she’s ever gotten. Super choppy and completely uneven. I will not be bringing her in again.

I have 3 dogs and one of them is a toy poodle that never let’s me brush him. I took them to this groomer and I cannot tell you how wonderful these people are! TRUSTING A GROOMER WITH MY DOGS IS LIKE TRUSTING A BABYSITTER WITH MY KIDS!!! If you’re looking for someone to treat your dogs like you would want them to treat your kids, this is the place to go! They are huge animal lovers and I will never trust anyone else! Thank you grateful dogs groomers for taking such good care of my babies!!!

Took my dog here 3 – 4 times I think they do a great job. They’re very busy, usually pick him up ~5−6 hours. They always put a cute handkerchief on him when I pick him up.

This place is just okay. I’ve dropped my dog off here twice. The first time was in June and when I went to pick my dog up after five hours, they said their credit card machine was down and that they needed cash. When I explained I didn’t have any cash, they took my credit card. I just dropped my dog off again today and again, after five hours, I went to pick him up and they said their credit card machine was down. Now, I have no problem whatsoever if you want to be a cash only facility, just state it in your store … do not continually lie and say your credit card machine is down when clearly you just don’t want to pay the fee. My observation is if you have a business in this day in age, credit cards are going to be used. They said it was because their internet was down for 2 weeks. Whose internet goes down that long this day in age?! Anyways, I said to them, you told me last time the machine was down and you took my credit card and they copped an attitude with me. Again, don’t lie to your customers, just simply state that you are a cash only groomers. In any event, when I picked my dog up this time, he looked choppy, long hairs sticking out of his shaved body and looked like it was a rushed job. I will not be taking my dog here again nor my other two. I usually tip, but they can consider the $ 3 they saved on the credit card fee a tip from me!
