One person so can’t keep up with customers, virtually no products on display. Better to use on line sales.

Under new Ownership and Reopened in same plaza but down by the subway. New owners have been working with Verizon for 10+ years! Grand opening is soon.

I was surprised to see a email from the owner of the Verizon store and he apologized for the situation, he also offered to give me a new charging cord for free. Great help willing to correct any wrong on his staffs behalf.
Thankful for his dedication to his busines.

Closed on a Sunday at 12:20pm when their store hours are Sunday 11am-​5pm? Why is that? I called twice during business hours before and they didn’t pick up. Is this store unofficially closed?

I had trouble with deleting a phone number from my iPhone. Went in, and saw a new face.
Matt greeted me, chatted with me, and helped me out in a matter of literally seconds.
I was kind of embarrassed, however he reassured me that it’s not me, I’m 0K.
So Kyle, Zach, and Matt, are ALL top notch!

I had trouble backing up my IPhone with the cloud when I replaced it. Super helpful Sunday service! Give that guy a raise! :) He’s was really nice & made the process very simple. Thankful!!! You made many days ahead so much better with my contacts and photos.

If I could I would rate a –5. They wrote a fraudulent contract with my 17 year old who went in to ask if his phone was eligible for an upgrade. They lied to him and without contacting me (the only authorized owner of the account), had him sign a contract telling him if he just paid the taxes on the new phone and returned the old one it would not affect my account. Then Verizon billed me $ 229 because the old phone was not eligible. Ezra was the rep, who conveniently was relocated to another store, and Manager Louie Herrera, will not return our calls or texts, and the phone number to the store has been disconnected. Posted about them on Foothill Ranch Crime Watch page and received 20+ replies of neighbors who had also been deceived by this Store. They are not VERIZON. Go to a Verizon «Corporate store» if you have Verizon issues. I’m still fighting Verizon over what these clowns very unprofessionally did.

DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT A TRUE VERIZON STORE. This place is terrible. They promised to have my phone by the next day and it took them 3 days. When they set up my account the screwed it up and I was overcharged on my first bill from Verizon. They also promised to give me a free case, which took 3 weeks.

They really don’t deserve even 1 STAR! Dan and Victor are the reps that originally was helping me. This was April 10^th. I got a Samsung 6 phone and was supposed to get a GPad. The GPad they tried to give me wasn’t working and so I never left the store with it. I was told they would order me a brand new one and to this day I have not received it or any communication from either of them. I am extremely disappointed, now I can’t even get in contact with anyone at this store. What is going on!!! NO one has called me back and I stopped by the store today at 2:30 and they were closed, with no sign other than the store hours, which says they close at 7pm.
This is the worst experience I ever received from Verizon in all the 15 years I’ve been a customer!

Don’t buy your phone here.
The store don’t have any real phone for show they only have plastic toys. When buying I was told it takes 1 to 2 days to arrive which end up being 7 days.
When I went to pick up my iPhone, the package box is dirty and there is a scratch on the corner. The guy said they took the film out due to shipping and as for the scratch they can give me a free 4 dollars screen saver. For a phone way over 800, they offer 4 dollars for the scratch?
When I ask for cancel as I can’t wait that long for the next replacement. They made me sit in the store waiting for the manager who happens not to be there…
I will never go with version or come to this store for phone purchase.
BEWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION!

Extremely disappointed with the false information I was given by different employees. Louie & Tanner told me one thing one day and Dan Mayorga told me that what they told me wasn’t possible with the Edge program. The two free phone cases that Louie promised (due to the power being out at their location only) I didn’t receive also. Dan Mayorga needs to brush up on customer service skills also. When you deal with a ticked off customer, as I was, pushing my buttons more is not a way to deal with customers. I observed that he was very short with another customer who had been waiting longer than I had also. Terrible service; need training; give customers correct information. Not sure if because this is a franchised location, but if you are able to go to a Verizon ran location, do so. This location was extremely close to making me change my carrier after 10 years as a customer.

I had nothing but trouble with this store. The first time I had to wait over 2 hours because only one employee showed up. They lost customers that day because of the wait. I dropped my iPhone 6 off to repair the cracked screen. I was told it would be ready in a couple days. In the meantime I was given a loaner phone which was at least 4 years old and on a completely different operating system. The loaner was not wiped before being given to me therefore I was receiving someone else’s emails and texts. I find this to be very disturbing and dangerous. 5 full days later my phone was still not repaired and I had to leave town for a week meaning I was stuck with the awful loaner phone on my trip. The loaner wouldn’t charge correctly. It would take forever to charge and the charge would only last a few hours. It was extremely frustrating. The technology on the loaner sucked! Less than half my contacts came through and it took horrible pictures. When I got back to town I went to the store at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday and it was not open, even though the posted hours said it was open from 8am-​7pm. No explanation for the closure. I waited for an hour no one ever came. The building manager was there and told me no one had been there for a couple days. Called corporate office and the store’s manager. He said he’d be there at 4pm with my phone. Went back at 4, they couldn’t find my phone. Turns out no one ever picked it up from the repair office, it had been there for 2 weeks by this point. They sent some one to get it, who got in a car accident so I waited around yet another couple hours. By around 6:30 pm I finally got my phone back with zero charge on it and the SIM card inactivated. I discovered that I had missed SEVERAL text messages and voicemails while I had the loaner. I believe the loaner was so old that the technology couldn’t keep up. Needless to say, I will never step foot in this store again and I would encourage anybody to go elsewhere. How can a store just be closed with no explanation in the middle of a work day? I was generally concerned that I was never going to get my phone back. I made sure to delete my personal email and messenger accounts before giving the loaner back. I didn’t want the next person to get that piece of crap phone to have access to my information.

WOW — I am still in shock.
One of the owners, David H, contacted me regarding the feedback I left.
He was deeply concerned I was so unhappy and offered to help overcome the negative experience.
I didnt know where to begin and just threw out some ideas (increased data, reduce EDGE monthly charges, and so on).
He went above and beyond that!
Because I am part of my parents plan, he gave all three of us some fantastic changes to our plans.
I could not be happier.
That is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
He also assured that the employees/​partners at their facility were reprimanded and educated in order to have anything remotely similar to my experience NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

Ceasar and David were very helpful in picking out a new plan and new phones. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us screen protectors and got a free car phone charger! Stayed late past closing to get us set up. Great experience all around :)

Didn’t have to wait a long time here on both of my visits and the staff is very helpful and friendly!

My Mom got a new phone at the Verizon store on El Toro Road and they kept her phone for a day and didn’t help her with anything. We took both phones to Verizon in Foothill Ranch and Alfredo Schleusz helped us with everything and he took the monthly payment! Why would you go anywhere else?

I had a big problem with my phone yesterday… some very nasty malware downloaded (my own fault for being duped by a fake application).
Long story short, the store service rep, ACE, at the foothill ranch Verizon store was AWESOME. He stayed late to help me fix the issue. All the while he was still working to do the store closing procedures and being friendly and engaging. He is quite the multi-​tasker.

I visited this location because of the high Unilocal rating. Anything above 3 stars for a cell phone carrier store is pretty rare in general. I had a great experience here. Normally when I sign up for a phone plan, it takes an hour minimum. I knew what I wanted and was able to get in and out in about half an hour. Alfredo was really helpful and listened/​answered all the questions that I had. He even helped me transfer all my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. He explained some of the newer features and provided real feedback that he received from others on the S5 that I purchased.
I’m not sure why some of the reviews are calling them liars. The Edge plan was offered to me as well; however, I already knew about it and did the math before I declined it. I think good advice for anyone planning to sign up for a phone plan, regardless of the carrier is to research the plans before your go into the store, ask questions that you have about the plans, and most importantly, always read the contract before signing it.
My only issue was that the S5 accessories are a bit limited right now due to a shipment that the store is waiting on. I would recommend calling in before you come to make sure what you want is in stock. Also, make sure to check in on Unilocal and you can get a free travel charger!

Another good visit here… Alfredo once again took excellent care of us! Ace was great too! My favorite Verizon store!!!

WARNING… Verizon, like other carriers, is now charging an «Upgrade Fee!» Yes, it’s a rip-​off… and yes… you can call Verizon after paying, and complain, and ask for your money back… especially if you’ve been a «loyal customer»… meaning you’ve been with them for a long time. The issue, for me, was that I never was told by Verizon corporate when I called to ask about upgrading. And I don’t remember seeing this fee talked about on their website. I was caught «off-​guard.» This retailer felt guilty, and recommended I call Verizon. I did, a couple days after paying the fee, and they credited the $ 30 back into my account.
… Now about this Verizon Retailer …
This will be the «2^nd Purchase» from this Verizon retailer, whose dba (doing business as) is «Communication Network.» I’m upgrading my wifes 4 to a 5s. And yes, there will be a wait of about a month. But even Verizon company stores have the same wait. (Iphone 5s Pearl-​white w-​gold trim).
Two years ago I purchased the Iphone 4 for my wife, and the store gave us a free screen protector and case. Most important, they provided us with excellent service and support. I was sold back then.
Being a marketing and sales type, I don’t have much patience for BS from anyone in customer service. And since I’ve created national sales and promotional programs for both retail and industrial sales networks, I can pretty quickly read through the garbage to get down to the «net value.» Here’s why I’ve now used them twice for our Iphone purchases:
This is a small, cozy retail location. You don’t have to walk through a lobby, give your name, and then wait for an extended time for a sales rep.
They can access your account quickly, and determine what Verizon programs, upgrades and all else to which you are eligible.
The client volume is constant, but low, and there are usually more than two rep’s at the counter at any time… so you will be attended to quickly. (we’ve never waited over a couple minutes before a representative came to assist us.)
MOST IMPORTANT… you’ll never pay more, and will usually get «no charge accessories» with your Verizon order… which will bring your net costs down. You can certainly use a screen protector kit and a case… which is what they’ll «comp’ out» on your upgrade and/​or new acct-​phone order.
Not all Verizon authorized retailers are the same… and while they can also pass on any «Phone Buy-​back program» you might find on the official Verizon Website… some stores change their in-​store «free accessory offers.» It’s all about finding a store with a great customer service level, with employees that are nice. (we stopped at a MV store closer to home, and I wasn’t impressed at all with their attitude.) So what I’m saying is that this particular Verizon retailer is worth using for your Verizon needs.
