Ok so first of all let me start off by saying I’m a super picky and hard to please customer. I called to Dealer to have someone contact me with prices and options on a new C300. And this is not like a big sale for them! I know. But I was almost immediately contacted by a nice gentleman by the name of Ken Hojati. I gave him a price that would work for me. Nothing more. He went out of his way to make it happen. A few days is all it took and he presented me with the exact car I wanted! Perfect customer service from Ken. This is my third purchase from Mercedes of Foothill Ranch. And thx to Ken it won’t be my last. Thank you Ken and the whole team who made it work.

I had the pleasure of working with Dina when getting into my new car. Not only was she helpful during the process, but she was also wonderful with following up to make sure that I was completely satisfied.
Overall, I prefer this dealership over any other car dealership that I have been to in Orange County. Everyone was very nice and down to earth. I didn’t get the pretentious vibe that some other dealerships are famous for.

Yes, we walked out of this dealer with a brand new car and became a Mercedes-​Benz family. What a great purchased experience with Jack Croft. My wife and I were in business for a new car. We weren’t sure which European brand to choose between BMW and Mercedes-​Benz because we have never own either one. So, Mercedes-​Benz of Foothill Ranch was our first and also the only dealer that we visited to check out the car and made our purchased with Jack. He’s so professional and very helpful. Like I said, I have never own a MB before so I had a lot of technical questions while test driving the car. He knows his product very well! Thanks to Jack that I didn’t have to look further into other brand.
I think Jack sold me to Mercedes-​Benz due to his knowledge, honesty, and hassle free! I’m very happy with the car and would recommended to friends and family.

I am graduating college and was in the market to buy my first car. After some research I found a used car at Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch. I was skeptical that they would not want to help a costumer like me because I was not buying a new Mercedes, but I was very wrong.
Frank Moayed was the salesman that made my first car buying experience great. He went above and beyond to get me into my first car. I had been car shopping all day and had left previous dealerships because my father and I did not feel welcome or worth the time to the salesmen. Mr. Moayed made my father and I feel more than welcome to be in the Foothill Ranch Mercedes family. He was honest and easy to talk to. I really appreciate Mr. Moayed’s premier customer service.

The experience working with both Mitch and Brian was superb. Mitch was very knowledgeable about all the various features of the car and made sure he found the right car with the right set of options we wanted. We were particular on what we were looking for and he never pushed on things we weren’t. He was very consultative and helped make us feel comfortable with what we were buying. Given it was closing time, I was also impressed with his professionalism and patience.
Brian was very thorough and funny thru the whole financing process. Watch out for the fake spilled coffee on his desk :). He was very easy and efficient to work with and explained all the various aspects of the deal and services. It made going thru the financing process entertaining.
This was our first Mercedes experience and they did not disappoint. Thank you MBFR.

I want to share my second awesome experience with Ed Ismail from Mercedes-​Benz Foothill Ranch. Last year I was stuck with a title loan, Ed Ismail saved me by helping me purchased a ML550 SUV.
I kept the vehicle less than a year, I just left the dealership today with my newer model SUV. Thanks Ed, you are amazing.

Bewared at this dealer if you looking to buy Certified Preowned .
On December 2015 i bought a certified preowned car at mercedes of foothill ranch .
I had ask the salesperson if the car was involved in any accident or being repainted. He said no. The car was never in accident nor repainted anything .
When i pick up the car at dealer. They applied a wet wax so i can not see any scratches or some place on the door had a touch up paint really bad and repainted place.
After a second car wash. I have noticed that the back door on the driver side was fade, and very hazy. Look totaly different when when comparing to the front door driver side.
I have go to 5 different detail shop try to fix but all they said the car was being repainted and the guy that painted the car done really bad job on this.
I contact the dealer but could not resolve the problem. I left 3 voice messages for manager but no help.
I also being email to general manager Ehwang for more than 3 times in the past 4 month. On the second email he reply that sale manager will be contacting me to solve the problem but after 2 months of waiting, no one has ever contacting me.
I also come to the dealer ask for help but all they said i have to contact to general manager and they can not do anything. They told me because you bought a used car. You can not expect it to be perfect. I told them that I understand it. But the car was repainted and without any notice when I purchased the car. No one said to me about car being repainted and it looking totally different color now.
Also, have a price in your mind. The saleperson will tell you that they will ask the manager for the discount price. Right after 2 hours of running around he come back, he give you a monthly payment plan. Please dont trust that. Calculate the total amount you will see same exact amount that dealer list for sale.

I will try to contact dealer again before i file a claim at auto-​fraud and BBB.

VERY disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Karim worked very hard to work to identify my needs in a car. Once we found a car and agreed on the terms I was to return the following day to pick up the car because it needed to have the smog done. I had an appointment the following evening to pick up the car and was texted by Karim to be told the car had been SOLD!!! I went to the dealership and spoke with the GM to advise him of my EXTREME disappointment … Needless to say here we are a week plus later to receive a text yesterday that their system crashed and nothing could be done. I’m not about posting reviews but felt it necessary in this instance.
UPDATE: Just had the BEST experience at FLETCHER JONES Motorcars in NEWPORT BEACH! JOEY and CHRIS GULO were the BEST and made the deal work ! HIGHLY recommend!

Came here after a long search for a car for my wife. From the moment I placed my info into their site I was contacted in a timely fashion. We did a little talking about pricing and the car, came down and picked it up the next day. Simple and easy. Thanks for making my experience an enjoyable one.

I just wanted to take a quick second and let you know how my experience at Mercedes Foothill Ranch went.
My experience was nothing shot of amazing. From the time I started working with Conrad Cave all the way until I left the lot was so wonderful. Conrad were so incredibly nice and patience with us. He never rushed us even though it was so late almost closing. He did everything he could to find the best car at the best price for our budget. We found our perfect car a Mercedes c300 in black and cranberry interior. Cannot stop staring at it. So pretty! I have nothing bad to say about him or Mercedes Foothill.

I’ve never had a better experience buying a car then I did this last weekend! Alex Salcido, Ed Ismail and Brian Truong all worked together to give me the best deal on a used car. Alex was patient and not pushy. He listened to what I wanted and arranged for it to happen. Ed took the time to explain the whole picture of my loan and explained how it worked. Brian was efficient in processing my loan papers and I wasn’t sitting there waiting forever!
I don’t have good credit. I only had a small down payment and a bucket car to trade in. This Mercedes-​Benz dealership is superior to any other dealership I’ve ever visited and yet they still helped me to buy a car and treated me with the utmost respect when it was obvious they weren’t going to make millions off me. I wasn’t there to buy a 2016 Mercedes-​Benz, but they acted towards me like I was just as important as the person was.
I highly recommend you buy your next car at Mercedes-​Benz Foothill Ranch. No matter what situation you find yourself in financially they can and will help you get into a car under terms you can live with!

Walked into this dealership today because I wanted to learn more about and see the new GLE. Just so happens they have one on the show room floor. Lucky me! I pulled up to the front door in my BMW 650 (look out she’s got a trade!) and walked straight in and walked around the car, sat in the car, poked and prodded the car and… Not one sales person acknowledged me. Not ONE.
Now whether you think I’m a «real customer», or you just don’t feel like making a sale, you’re lazy, or you just don’t want to approach me is a way to let $ 100k sales walk out of your door.
I laid eyes on 4 sales people; none of which bothered to ask if I had a question or if I had been helped. So I walked my BMW buying behind out and will proceed to the real leader in MB sales in the area who are serious about selling cars. It’s definitely not these guys who should know better. I guess there’s a reason you are hidden. Nobody needs to know you are there.

FYI, The GLE is a copy cat cheap looking version of the BMW X6. But I will go to the «other guys» who I know for a fact have superb customer service and can persuade me to try it out because I’m looking for something new.

Working with the internet sales manager — Karim, was flawless and straight forward. I was in the market for a new 2016 mercedes with specific options and color.
After viewing many other dealer websites, I noticed that foothill ranch mercedes had the most up to date vehicle stock information along with the actual vehicle images (not generic corp vehicle pix) on their website. This impression lead me to pursue my search with Foothill Ranch. Luckily, foothill had the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock.
Although I lived 35 miles from the dealer, the online negotiation and straight forward (no games) approach by Karim was greatly appreciated and thus moved forward with Foothill on the terms.
Upon making an appointment to meet with Karim to test drive and finalize the deal, I was even more pleased how organized the dealership was. I was emailed with the appointment reminder and even a courtesy call day before.
At the day of the sale, we were greeted by Karim and test drove the vehicle. Only odd thing was the location of the main sales showeroom floor entrance. The entrance doors are located on the end of the showroom… none in the middle. odd design. The showroom is somewhat smaller than other mercedes dealers I’ve visited… but clean and modern.
Took only 2 minutes jnto the test drive to confirm my decision to buy that day, as all the options I wanted were true to the car. We then proceeded to Karim’s office to start the paperwork. Surprisingly, most of the paperwork was effortless as we had already negotiated on the price online. It was one of the least stressful car purchase ever!
The longest part was waiting for the vehicle to be washed and prepped by their porter. There were some wait (about 25 minutes) to finalize the finance portion with the Finance dept. We worked with Ian, who was very informative and quick!
The longest part of the wait was the delivery of the vehicle… took about an hour. However, the car was fully waxed and spotless with full tank of gas upon delivery.
I cannot comment on the service yet… but the sales process was very pleasant and efficient.
Would definitely consider Foothill Ranch mercedes for future purchases even though its little ways out from my home.

I’ve been taking my 2013 ML550 here for three years and can’t say enough positive words about everyone here, particularly about my SA, Manny.
Just today he helped me out in a pinch when I found a screw in my left front tire the evening before a major road trip by getting me in with no appointment very late in the day. When I arrived I could see Manny coming out to help another customer ahead of me. But even before I could get out of my car, I was greeted by Manny’s cohort, who knew who I was, and off he went with my car to the shop floor. … Woosh!
Then, with more teamwork, they scrambled to find a tech to work on it so late in the day and they did. They’re a life saver for sure!
Then Manny checked with me a couple times while
I waited in their very comfortable waiting area that has a big window view to the shop. (And where I’m typing this out now.) He came back to report what the tech was saying about how my my tires were wearing (which I knew already, but it really showed he cared).
One thing further amazing thing about Manny is that he knew exactly who I was when I gave him my name over the phone, even though I’ve been to the shop maybe four times over the last three years and he must see dozens of customers a day. Great memory and total personal service all the way.
I used to go to Fletcher Jones, which is more convenient to my home. But ugg! Do I have horror stories to tell about FJ regarding both sales and service !
Foothill Ranch Mercedes or their sister location in Laguna can’t be beat. Tonight proved they go above and beyond… First Class all the way!

This review has been long overdue. I leased my first mercedes here 3 years ago and am just about to lease #2.
This dealership is hidden but once you find it, you’ll see everyone there takes service to the next level… whether you are in the market for a new vehicle or just need a service or a wash. I highly recommend this location.

Rob Chianese was a great listener, knowledgeable on the product, and was a good listener. He is amazing!
