Although you get sub par service at ALL McDonalds locations, this particular one actually has a 50⁄50 good streak. Compared to almost every other location who has a 100% failure rate to mess up your order.

They close at 10… I went to order a smoothie at around 8:30 and they said«our smoothie machine is broken right now» they were probably just too lazy because they already cleaned it up! If I want a damn smoothie when you r open I should be able to get a smoothie! Just because you close in an hour and a half doesn’t mean you can’t serve me! Get off your lazy ass and make me a smoothie!

My review is simple, the food was standard McDonald’s, although my Big Mac was actually put together better than usual. The fries were fresh, if not a little salty. The location was also pretty clean and modern. My issue however is with this Monopoly game. I went in today and got a Big Mac meal to go, and noticed later that the box had no Monopoly game piece. Not this isn’t the end of the world, I don’t really care about the game. BUT, when there are literally 3 – 4 pieces of advertising stating specifically«GETYOURGAMEPIECEON A BIGMACBOX» as soon as you walk in, you expect the game piece. I think it would be common courtesy to let a customer know that you are out of Monopoly game piece boxes instead of shoving it in the bag and hoping the customer doesn’t notice. I’m not annoyed at the lack of a game piece, I’m annoyed at the lack of customer service. If it was a game that I cared about I might actually be upset.

People love to complain about this place, but they seem to forget what it is — a small fast food restaurant, not a five-star gourmet dining establishment! If you keep that perspective, this McDonald’s is pretty good — for a McDonald’s! It’s almost always busy, especially in the mornings and on the weekends. Why? Because they have quick, reliable breakfast, decent coffee, and the kids like it. Yes, the kids. I almost never went to McDonald’s before I had kids — but it is a weekend ritual now. Along with many other families in the area it seems! Keep in mind that when the community and this McDonald’s was built, the area was far less populated than it is now. This McDonald’s was never intended to be high volume, or to serve as many people as it does now. But the people come, in droves — and the workers are overworked, stressed out, and make mistakes. Sometimes it can take a long time to get your order. Although I have to say, they do a pretty remarkable job of getting things right for the volume of business they do. When you finally do get your order, chances are the food will be fresh because people buy the food as fast as they can make it. Just remember — it’s up to you to be cool and not freak out about it when something goes wrong!

This location sucks more every time I come here. Today major disappointment for my kids. They wanted shamrock shakes on St Patrick’s day. Unfortunately the awesome management at this location apparently decided not to have them here. I followed two other car straight out of the drive-through so I guess were not the only ones. When will I learn and go somewhere else or pick a different chain?

Please teach your employees how to ring up a Quarter Pounder. No, not a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. And no, not a «Quarter Pounder with Cheese» *hold the cheese*, i.e. still charging for the cheese but removing it. There is a button on the register that is specifically for the Quarter Pounder. It’s not like this is some weird request. Hamburgers have routinely come without cheese for years. Cheese has always been an optional add-on, hence called a «cheeseburger». But no, McDonald’s runs a scam where they want to force you to pay for the cheese, hoping you won’t notice, when the non-cheese option already exists in their system. Every single time I go here, I have to explain it over and over again that they need to look for the button. Sometimes they argue with me. Sometimes they have to get the manager. Only one kid is able to get it right on the first and second try. For everyone else, it’s like I’m explaining The Law of Thermodynamics to them.

This is the dirtiest Mcdonalds i have ever been in my life and the staff seems not to care at all. No lines in the counter and the cashier just stand to wait for a customer. The kitchen staff were just talking. No one cares if the place was dirty. All the trash boxes are overflowing will trash.

Been here twice. The dining room is so dirty. Right in front of the employees. The employees are lazy and unprofessional. First time I came here there was a white kid that was very good i.e. Worked like he cared, yes sir, no sir, thank you. Wasn’t there this time. A lot of people complaining about the drive thru. They should see the dining room.

I went to get ice cream for my sister and I and they had attached a sign to the drive through order mic and it said the SUNDAE machine was out of order, shakes only. I understood that there was no ice cream machine but I wish the sign would have specified they were serving no ice cream at all except for shakes, the wording pissed me off :/

DONOTEATHERE! MUSTREAD!!! This place is really gross. I ordered French fries well-done and the lady grabbed old fries and put them back into the fryer. I told her that I would not accept those fries and she responded in broken English with, «We don’t serve fresh fries. The rotting ones need to be served first so we don’t lose product.» As this was happening I saw an employee drop a bun on the floor, pick it up, and serve it to someone at the drive through. I was absolutely disgusted and asked for my money back. The lady debated me for a few moments before refunding me my money. As I was leaving, a man approached the counter and he was very upset about the«frozen fish sandwich» he just ordered before me. He showed me and we both agreed that this McDonalds was the worst we had ever been to. His fish was literally still frozen with ice crystals on it. The movie Supersize Me was right about these places. I will never eat at a McDonalds ever again.

This place is dirty and I got sick the last two times I went there. The service can be very poor and the owner is cheap to upgrade the place. A remodel is needed and the employees could use customer service training. Prices going up quality is going down

Friendly staff, especially during the breakfast shift. They have free wifi and their sweet tea is cold as opposed to the one on Bake. Their TV works too!

Waiting 20 minutes in a McDonald’s drive through should be illegal. If knew it was going to take this long I would have went to Dennys. Dennys will have your food ready in 10 min.

The cashier at this McDonald’s was very polite and even though the Filet-O-Fish special was not posted on the window of this branch, he explained the single and double specials of Friday. The double special comes with a full slice of cheese as opposed to the single, which has always had half a slice. Their Grand Reopening, according to their window, is on 9÷27÷2014. They have expanded their normal seating into part of where the playplace is and painted the walls and seats brown, along with new brown furniture. It looks less obsolete than when it was white. However, the bathrooms were not remodeled. They look the same.
