Cinnamon Productions Bakery Cafe

I love this place… They have the best breakfast in town and with the cinnamon roll french toast, they keep me active and running! My brother came out to visit and he said it was the best he ever had and every breakfast after the CPBC meal, has been a disappointment! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Today I ordered there portobello mushroom burger. It should have been called the brioche and lettuce burger with some meat and portobello as an accent.
The burger meat potion was puny
The portobello… Well there were a few slices in there
The lettuce decoration was piled high and the brioche bread was double the size
The burger was $ 9.95
NOT WORTH IT!
I will stick to breakfast here.
This makes me sad because if an owner wants to stay in business they need to put on a customers perspective not just theirs. Secret of success.

We bought lunch there today. Me and one of my coworker got meatloaf sandwiches. the meatloaf tasted like a few days old meatloaf and microwaved. It tasted and smell gross and soaked in oil. We can’t even finish. We both had extremely upset stomachs for the whole afternoon that required medication. I eventually vomited. Vomiting is a natural body defense mechanism when our bodies suspect that we ingested something toxic. Shame on them to serve something like that to us. Does the owner even know the gross stuff the kitchen serves? We will never return there again.

Avoid at all cost. My company got breakfast wraps from this place and pretty much everyone that eat their either is out sick or spending quality time in the restroom. The only link between all of us was the food we had from here. Maybe it was a bad batch of food so we did the responsible thing by calling the restaurant and letting them know we all got sick. Instead of taking the information and making their restaurant better they basically told us that we were lying and their food is good and safe. Way to be a responsible business owner and taking your customers safety into consideration. You have lost my business and the business of all of my fellow coworkers. Thanks for the food poisoning.

I love this place. The staff members are very friendly and polite, and go out of their way to help you out. I’ve been here twice for lunch with co-​workers, and have never been disappointed. One could choose to sit inside, or outside near the water fountain. The whole plaza is really nice and clean.
It does get a bit busy around lunch though, so don’t expect to get your food IMMEDIATELY. Last time I had to wait a long time, staff was very apologetic and helpful, so I really didn’t mind.
You can pretty much order anything here — you can’t go wrong! And breakfast and eggs benedict all day?! YEESS PLEASEEE. Will definitely be coming back.

The baked goods are to die for! As for the food, it’s your standard American restaurant. I ordered the Huevos Racheros (its my go-​to for new places in trying.) They were very tasty. Not my favorite for sure because it was very different than your traditional Huevos Racheros but i did know what i was getting myself into. Next time i think ill try a sandwich and a salad. Something more American. Also their cakes look killer! i just might have to go in to grab my self a slice.

Its a lovely little café by foothill ranch. (close to where the auto mall and walmart are located, but on the other side). their baked goods all looked so good. they had seasonal pumpkin pan cakes, but I for some odd reason being I went there with my gym friends right after a grueling workout, chose to get the egg white scramble with arugula/​tomato. it sounded healthy and it was healthy but i don’t think i would get it. but my friends got hash brown/​sausage/​bacon, french toasts, and i had a bite of their food. it was soo good! the french toast can be upgraded to include cinnamon bun which made it even more amazing! i would definitely recommend this place!

This review is to let management know that it is bad business to have only 3 high chairs of which at least 1 is broken. There are no less than 6 families here trying to have breakfast with their young ones. You have a great staff and food, but we won’t be back until there is an investment in the infrastructure and options for families.

Fresh, good, and I really like breakfast burritos here. My husband just tried the holiday pancakes the other day and loved them. Staff is always friendly too. We can walk our dog there and eat breakfast outside. It’s a nice, quick weekend breakfast stop.

Ordered two «Oriental Chicken Salads». Found a cockroach in one of them. Workers were terrified when I returned it.

Have waited to try this place for 3 months. Ordered a panini. It was very plain, not bad but I guess I forgot to tell the lady I wanted fruit and ended up with chips. I ended up not having anything or offset the dry sandwich. I needed that fruit or even a soup to dip it in ughh. I’m not a health food freak but why wasn’t I asked what side I wanted? :(I did not want to eat greasy, salty chips. (I did not want the soup because it was chicken noodle or tomato which I did not feel like having tomato and would never order something as plain as chicken noodle. I saw that they have butternut squash but only on thurs! Ughh why save the best stuff for a weekday.)My husband liked them, so we switched for his hash browns which he did not care for because they were plain for his taste. Surprisingly, I ended up liking them those.
We wanted to sit outside but the water fountain wasn’t even on and the closer we go to it, it smelled like sitting water borderline sewage. Also, there was no shade from the sun even with the umbrellas which was disappointing.
So, I might be back since we live so close to give this place another try. They are only open until 3pm. My husband did like his breakfast burrito, but with so many other options for breakfast and lunch, not sure how long it will take to come back.

I usually love this place and I enjoy their CP French Toast Combo but this Sunday morning was off. We came in and there was a long long line, almost out the door and only ONE register open. When we finally got to the front of the line we have our orders, I got my usual and my family ordered theirs too and my pregnant sister gave specific instructions on her breakfast sandwich (no bacon, cooked ham, tomatoes on the side). The woman who helped us (can’t remember her name) was quite patient and nice to us and repeated our order to us and made sure everything was right. I figured we were set to have no issues with our food.
Once our meals came out, I realized all of our French toast combos only had 2 slices which was weird because the woman at the registered specified 4, so that was the first thing that was off. Second, my sister felt a little weird about her sandwich so she opened it and found bacon and tomatoes on there. The tomatoes weren’t too big of an issue but she’s been told she cannot eat bacon. So that’s where our problem lies, I know the woman who helped us was clear and even checked with another employee that she had entered our order correctly and she had, so I’ll have to assume the cooks just didn’t care much to just not put in bacon or tomatoes. Not the best morning at cinnamon productions, hope to see better from them because I do genuinely enjoy the choices the have for breakfast.

The moon sets and sun rises every single morning, no matter what. For many this is a regular morning.
This was no ordinary morning! I woke up to my wife telling me where we were going to have breakfast before each of us started our day at work. She mentions this Cinnamon Productions Bakery and Café and would really like to try it. Now I’ve been looking for a breakfast spot that we can call home on those lazy mornings and beautiful days together.
We agreed on this spot and arrived. It’s just a few minutes from my house, a definite plus! Fast service, another plus. Friendly service, another plus. This place can’t go wrong so far. Not having been there before, I ask the gentleman behind the counter what are the more popular items on their menu for breakfast. We dwindle it down to the CP breakfast burrito. My next question, I ask how big it is, he replies big. The wife orders the French Toast special.
We sit down and a few minutes later our food comes out. Wow what prompt service. On top of that the food was great and as a plus the chocolate cinnamon coffee was awesome! I’m not into flavored coffee but this was simply very tasty.
I’ve tried other breakfast venues in the area and I can say that this spot ranks amongst the best so far. I haven’t eaten at their RSM location but those people who rave about the RSM location can stay there.
Gave it ⁴⁄₅ stars because nobody except Jesus is perfect.
Go hungry and leave satisfied!

I love this place. Great food and good place to bring kids (there’s a splash pad outside). I usually order huevos rancheros and my husband gets the waffles or pancakes. Their coffee and different ice teas are delicious as well. I’ve ordered a few of their pies for parties and they have been fresh and tasty.
There are few places you can get good breakfast food and eat stress free as your little one can go play. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sad to say the quality of food and service here don’t compare to the RSM CP.
Both of our breakfasts were raw. Raw french toast, raw bacon, and wet scrambled eggs (I ordered them extra well). The bread on our french toast was so soggy that it was inedible. The fruit was not fresh.
We sent both of our plates back, they returned about 10 mins with more raw cinnamon bread french toast, the regular french toast thankfully was cooked, and more raw bacon. My eggs were better, the fruit was still old.
I had high hopes for this CP since its close to our house but we will have to trek out to RSM next time.
They need a new cook.

I have 10 «spots» and I’m not very excited about claiming my free lunch reward. The girlfriend likes the cinnamon toast combo. This place makes a very attractive impression, but manages to let down the diner who was attracted by that appearance most of the time. The bakery case full of eye catching desserts perfumes to entrance and ordering kiosk area. The menus are well designed marketing pieces. The food is okay. It’s like Denny’s with a much more limited menu and outdoor seating.
Their lackluster burgers don’t come with fries because they were too cheap to install a deep fryer. WEAK. Good thing Da Luau is and Jersey Mike’s are next door.

I have visited Cinnamon Productions prior to this visit but only to pick up items from their bakery section. This time I stopped in for lunch and it didn’t appear to be too busy so I placed my order fairly quickly and found a seat inside, there is also seating available outside. I ordered the basic gourmet burger with cheese and my son ordered the spicy bacon burger both of them with chips (wish fries were an option though).
We were surprised by how long it took to get our meal, we waited a solid 25 minutes after ordering to get our lunch. If you have a 30 minute lunch I probably would not order a burger. Everything else seemed to come out sooner to other patrons.
The burger itself was very good, everything from the bread to the patty. The tomatoes even looked good and I don’t like tomatoes. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I didn’t leave without picking up a cinnamon roll from the bakery… sooo good.

I generally love Cinnamon Productions. I do prefer the Rancho Santa Margarita location though. I have ordered Birthday cakes and boxes of pastries and love there menu.
But.I have came to the foothill location and 2 times now that I have bought a chocolate chip cookie, it was stale! I still ate it so I can’t complain too much haha but I can say. by the freshness of the cookies, the other baked goods are probably not as fresh. I even have a coworker that also mentioned she had a stale cookie at this location. Not good…
Overall, Cinnamon Productions is a great place for breakfast and lunch but I will stick to the Rsm location.

BF and I were in this area and starving. We decided to give this place a shot. It was a-​ok. Nothing memorable really.
BF had the Albacore Tuna Sandwich and it tasted just like that, nothing special to it except it was served on a sweet cinnamon raisin bread, which I found odd. I had the Corned Beef Sandwich, which was pretty good, although a little too salty for me.
I chose to have the pasta salad as my side and it was decent.
If I lived around here I might want to try it again, but if I just happened to be in the area, I would most likely go check another place out.
