I wish I could give this place zero stars. 5 tellers running around behind the counter and only 1 person taking clients. They’re gibber jabbing about who knows what in Armenian. Don’t trust anyone that works there and won’t be back, also why is it all their machines are constantly broke? Bank of America needs to shut his branch down or clean house.

There’s a reason why this branch is rated so low. I went in today to cash my check. I asked Helen if I could please have large bills. With a snotty attitude she replied, «we’re all out, we’ve been busy all week». First of, if you’re out, be polite about it. Secondly, as a former cash vault representative of bofa, the reason why you’re out is because your branch didn’t prepare for the holidays and need to order more large bills in your change orders.
I don’t recommend anyone to go here. The atm’s are friendlier.

Worst branch ever. There is always long line and one teller. This branch is horrible to walk into. BOA needs to hire more people for this branch.

Just as bad as I could have ever imaged. One teller working and took me 20 minutes to get helped.

Yeah, tell one of your employees you don’t know if you are going to be 2 minutes or 10 minutes right in front of the customer. This manager is in the wrong field and needs to be fired, zero people skills and obviously no multitasking ability, even for a customer that have a seven digit balance with you guys. Will take my business elsewhere.

Charged me for ten dollars on my account. They admitted it was their mistake but then they didn’t give the money back, when I came back they told me they charged me because I didn’t have 1300 in my account. And I told them I have two jobs and I don’t even make that much, why did my account change it wasn’t like this before. Never got my money back, an hour of my work was taken from me for no reason

They don’t even deserve one star! I am going to this bank for the last 12 years and you think they will have some respect for you. I walked in to deposit a $ 200 check and they refused to do it because my name was hand printed and the rest of the check was printed. The teller tells me that how do I know that you didn’t right your name yourself all she needed to do was to check my balance on one of my accounts and see that I wouldn’t do that for only $ 200. This was the last straw of the serious of issues I had with them and I decided to close my accounts and do my banking some other place
The worse B of A branch. Skip this branch

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Besides having uncaring an inept tellers, they are always trying to get me to take another credit card. They are very aggressive about it! Today, my friend picked up euros for his trip to Europe and 3 of the 50s had been cut with scissors !!! They expected him to keep them and be satisfied with their service!!! I think that the Bank of America has a good reputation but this branch is going to turn people away from wishing to deal with the bank again. I am very disappointed in this bank!

Very attentive staff. Had a huge error only acct and they went above and beyond to fix it. I was happy to hear from them every step of the way. I would recommend anyone to this location

This is the worst Bank of America Location I have ever gone into. Went in around lunch time to get a cashiers check and there is 8+ people in line and one teller. 2 other worthless people including the manager just standing there walking around greeting people and trying to push everyone outside to use the ATMs. No Lady we obviously came inside for a reason why don’t you go make yourself useful and start helping people. Will never go back to this location.

We are here in line — 6 people deep and there is 1 teller. When I asked the manager if she could help (she was walking around not even acknowledging us). She said no. She was rude and cold and uncaring. Worst branch ever. And the most unfriendly manager I’ve ever run into! Managers name is Shannon Bartolomucci. Terrible customer service

Every single time I have come into this location there’s a long wait. Two people and a «manager» walking around. One teller available and 6 people waiting. This location is mismanaged. Don’t waste your time and patience. Skip this location.

The ATMs of this particular Bank of America are not very busy during the weekdays, but one might have to park across the main driveway because the spaces in front are usually always taken for one reason or another. One could even walk up to the drive-​thru one from Taco Bell. They are slightly more busy during the weekend.
During this visit, there were very few people, so I conducted my business easily.
The ATMs at this location have a shade, so one doesn’t have to stand under the sun. It’s better than the Spectrum location because they don’t have a shade there.

I have loved this bank since it first opened in 2005.
There are a few branches closer to my home so I don’t frequent this one as much anymore but I can tell you that when I do, I have nothing but great experiences.
Upon walking in you are usually greeted by a friendly employee and there is often coffee and lollipops for you to enjoy. On the left are about 10 teller windows, on the right are about 5 loan offices and in the middle of them is a nice lobby sitting area wth a few couches and a large TV streaming the daily news. The safe deposit boxes are in a very private area towards the back of the lobby and you don’t need an employee to help you access your box which I think is a great plus!
I love this branch because it has the latest and greatest design elements, everyone is usually very nice and I can really appreciate the 2 ATMs out front as well as the drive-​thru ATM in the back.
Definitely my favorite Bank of America in the area.

This B of A branch is the worst branch I have ever had the misfortune to visit. There is never enough staff and the employee turnover happens so often that the tellers never have the authority to do simple tasks. Today, I was literally waiting for service for 35 minutes.
Two tellers with 15 people in line is a typical scenario.
I would love to go to a different bank, but it is for my work so I don’t have a choice. I hate B of A!
