Initially intrigued by their affordable pricing, I stumbled upon this mobile detailing company by chance in Rancho Cucamonga. They were accommodating and good but by no means thorough. I attributed this less than perfect wash to them kindly fitting me in amongst their pending line of dirty cars. Per their recommendation, I Unilocaled them to schedule a home visit for this and other cars a few weeks later. Much to my dismay, 2 hours after the scheduled appointment they had yet to show. I called and inquired as to whether they were still going to come. I was told that my number and appointment «flew away» out of their car due to someone leaving the door open after my appointment was made or a scrap of paper. Understandable, I guess, if your business is run out of a van? A repeat appointment was scheduled for a few days later in the early AM on a weekend. I awoke early to accommodate THEIR availability, once again, waited over 2 hours and called when they did not show (AGAIN). Was given another odd excuse and, yes, once AGAIN rescheduled for the following day. Imagine my surprise when not only did they not show but Vanessa answered the phone and cussing behaved as though she could not hear me. I text, called again and left a message for both contacts in the event her phone was truly non-​functioning. I assume they cut their losses, I never heard back. I waited days to write this but ultimately this behavior is unprofessional and merits public acknowledgment.

I had my car detailed by WC mobile detailing and I was very pleased with the results. Not only were they able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule on short notice,
But they arrived on time and made quick work of a big job. I drive a small SUV and with two small children it get messy very quickly. By the time they were done, my car looked brand new. I look forward to having them work on my car again! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
