I came to this location with 30 minutes left and a car in front of me, they finish ordering and as I was about to order they turn the lights off and didn’t say nothing I was sitting there waiting for a I’m sorry we are close or something but nothing I pulled up to the window to ask what happen no one approach the window I find this such an inconvenience why close 30 minutes before you guys are suppose to close? Drove all the way from Rialto for rude customer service

Horrible attitude form the manager Perla! I had never had a bad experience, I kept asking for ice tea and Perla kept saying icee. she yelled at me and said«mam do you want the icee or not»… all I want it was an ice tea.

So I finally decided to try the waffle taco today, and low and behold, they stopped serving it. They replaced it with a biscuit taco, hm… Ok sausage, egg & cheese biscuit taco, hash browns & an OJ. First bite, not so good the biscuit was dry as hell, it started breaking up in my hands. The sausage tasted ok, the whole thing was poorly constructed, whoever came up with this idea needs to be kicked in the face. The hash browns were stale and the OJ had a funny aftertaste. Taco Bell needs to stick to making lunch & dinner, drop the breakfast cause it sucks ass.

Every single time I come here they forget a part of my order. One time we went and they ran out of beans. Like really, Taco Bell… How do you run out of BEANS???

It’s a normal taco bell. Food is fine. The service was fine too. The reason I’m leaving a bad review is because of the nasty bums they let chill inside. It’s unsafe and I wouldn’t bring my kids there that’s for sure. I swear to god there was a man sitting behind us shooting up drugs. He had a spoon and his lighter… Cooking his drugs… Right in front of everyone. To me that means Taco Bell lets them do this all the time. After the guy seen us talking about him he took off. I told one the workers there to do a better job of looking at who’s in the store… I wouldn’t recommend going inside the Taco Bell. Just the drive-thru

We came to eat here and two employees were arguing and going to fight. Then they stopped we sit down and wait for our food and they start up again and cursing at each other a lady next to us had to tell them to stop because theres kids around and they are working. We are never going to come here again. They should not have a job. And they want to get paid $ 15 an hour when they have no customer service skills. They even had people waiting to order food for 5 mins to still argue. People were even walking out.

I was there last night(Saturday) and they took almost 45 minutes to get my order made. It wasn’t like I had a big order either. It wad maybe 15 items total. They also restricted the number of hot sauces I could get because they were«running low». How is wanting a packet per item unreasonable? Several people left when no one was there to take orders, but I was stuck since I already paid. I hope this isn’t the norm, but they could have warned us if they were needing to do a «shift change» or whatever else they needed to do that caused the delay. BTW, employees shouldn’t be allowed to take a nap in the dining area.

The lady that took my order in the drive through tonight was by far the happiest and most up beat person I have met at a fast food joint ever. Put a big stupid smile on my face which I think is rare for people in the Taco Bell drive thru, since most are exhibiting the pre-shame of being there and wondering where the most accesible bathroom will be an hour after leaving. But yeah, food was good taco bell fare and service was awesome sauce.

If you like your food burnt, this is the spot to come to. Anytime I order anything that needs to go into whatever machine that toasts the tortilla, its BURNED, ANDSMELLSBAD. I cant even eat what I paid for. Everything else on the menu that doesnt require the tortilla to be toasted is decent though. This location also needs to improve on their customer service skills really bad. As I was ordering, people were switching headsets, like really? You can’t wait after my order? My order ended up getting screwed up in the end. The girl at the window was having a conversation with someone else as she was helping me, it was just sloppy and not a good experience.

I love taco bell, i always get burritos, nothing else. The place is very clean & some staff are nice. But some are so rude & dont wanna listen correctly. That’s the only thing that makes me mad is how they just dont completely listen to you.

I saw the movie Demolition Man once, so I decided to give Taco Bell a shot. Contrary to what the movie portrays, Taco Bell is NOT the fancy dining experienced that was portrayed. Then again, I have to give this place another 20 – 30 years, as per the movie. In the meantime, I’m going to move my ass back to San Angeles! The tacos are pretty good.

Employees are very poorly trained. No real concern from managment or the customer service center. I am no longer a taco bell customer.
