Poor service, owner is not reliable and flakes on service appointments. He never provided me a receipt for my security light. Then when it was malfunctioning he never came out to fix the light after calling him over a dozen times daily. I’m very dissatisfied with his service. Don’t trust him.

AVOID AT ALL COST. WORSE THAN A JOKE.
Luciano Yi was contracted to upgrade my security system. He installed new cameras and DVR box but the box was defective and despite weeks of delays and excuses, each less believable than the last, he never returned to fix the faults.
If you need someone who will provide you with non-​defective equipment or stands behind their work DO NOT USE SUBURBTRONICS OR LUCIANO YI, USE SOMEONE ELSE.

I called around and got multiple quotes for 5 in-​ceiling speakers to be installed. Luciano came by for a consultation and gave me a quote. It was one of the better prices and he seemed logical and knowledgeable so I crossed my fingers and went with him. The job ended up being more difficult due to some obstructions being in the way. He was able to come up with solutions that ended up being much more difficult and more time consuming but he didn’t change the price on me. He seems to be an honest, intelligent guy that just knows how to get things done. I’ve made some mistakes in choosing contractors in the past, but not this time. Highly recommend.

We got our 60 inch television mounted over the weekend. We decided to go with Luciano based on other Unilocalers reviews and so glad we did. He was very quick in responding and very professional. He gave us the quote and came by same afternoon. He never hurried and took his time to put everything together and did a wonderful and neat job. I highly recommend him. We will surely call him again if need arises and will recommend him to family and friends.

I am so happy I chose Suburbtronics. They were very reasonably priced and extremely professional. Luciano was very easy to speak with and great at explaining everything in detail. They mounted my new 60″ flat screen above my fireplace perfectly. All wires and cords concealed and out of site, as well as hooked up all systems for us. I am going to refer them to all of my friends and family without hesitation now. Just want to thank Suburbtronics again! ;-)

Everyone has given Luciano great reviews. Here is my experience. I called him for a job. The job was going to be scheduled 4 weeks in advanced. I wanted two tvs mounted. He wanted $ 450 for the job. However, he wanted to be paid in advanced before even scheduling the job. I refused to pay for a job four weeks in advanced. He refused to schedule unless I paid him. I have never paid for a service before it was completed.
Then my husband called him twice and he never returned his phone calls.

This Luciano guy is a joke. We had an agreement for a Bose system installation. He supposed to call me to confirm installation date and time. Luciano never called I had to call him. Luciano couldn’t make it. Second excuse was that he had wrong speaker wire he needed to reschedule so we did. We scheduled a couple days after. Luciano never called me to confirm. I had to call him. Third excuse was that he was stuck in big bear for some work and would not be available for a week. I was done with Luciano I canceled my work. I give this company a fat zero. Don’t bother.

We just had Luciano swap out a wall TV mount and TV in a tricky corner area. Not only did he come in the evening hours, but he was a real pro, knew his stuff, helped us figure out all the new components. We were very pleased and beyond thrilled with his work, professionalism.

DO NOT waste your time and money with Geek Squad. They will rip you off. I recently purchased a home, and wanted two tv’s mounted on my walls. Best Buy told me not to worry, everything will look professionally done. No wires will show blah blah blah. BS! They wanted more $$$.
After the BIG disappointment with Best Buy and their «Nerd» Squad, I was referred to SubUrbTronics, and I was not disappointed. I am sure you will not be as well. This guy knows what he is doing. Very professional.
