Post Box Plus

I called in advance to see if they had stamps and envelopes. The lady on the phone said that they did. I replied with, «Great! Thank you. I’ll be by later to pick some up. What time do you close?» She responded «5:00pm». A couple hours later, I walked with my one year old child and dog in the rain to the store, because I desperately needed an envelope and stamp to send out my rent money. I don’t have a car, so I had no choice but to walk. Upon arrival I asked who I presume to be the same lady I spoke to on the phone earlier if I could have some envelopes and stamps. She responded with, «We are out of stamps.» I said, «Oh. I thought you sold them here.» She then said, «We sell them, but we don’t have any right now.» I responded with, «I just called a couple of hours ago, and was told you had them.» She said, «Well I guess we ran out then.» The lady was very rude and unapologetic. I really didn’t appreciate her attitude. Terrible customer service. She could have had the common courtesy to check for stamps while I was on the phone with her earlier. You’re providing a service to the community, so start acting like it. I will never support this «business» in any way, shape, or form.

I’m sending out most of my mails & packages from here. The best custumer service & I never have a problem with my packages.
