I have the flu. I called the office and was told that I was caller 37 ! Are you kidding me? You need a better office manager ! You are taking in more patients than you can handle. I tried to go to urgent care only to be told after waiting 1 ½ hours and that the doctors office will not let me be seen at the urgent care that I have to go to another city and see someone that I have never met. How can you stop people from going to urgent care? I called the doctors office again only to be told that I was caller 22 WTF? I am sick ! The PAs and nurse practitioners are great. But who ever is managing this place needs to be let go. You are taking more patients then you can handle !! I can see that $ is more important than taking care of your patients. So sad. Shame on you ! Now I am still sick and you did nothing !

The whole medical group is a joke I’d rather go to a med student then these jokers. They are all corrupt cheat on their taxes and are just out to make money could care less about their patients the less time spent the more they can bill

Been a patient of this Doctor for over two years, and have NEVER met the man. Always get pushed off to the Physician’s Assistant.
Called due to persistent cough and was told they could not see me for two to three weeks, and that I should go to urgent care. They told me they’d put me on cancellation list.
I called back next day and it was as if they’d never heard of me.
Here’s what I want: A Doctor who actually sees their patients. A Doctor who makes time in they schedule for people who are sick. A Doctor whose staff remembers their patients.
Dr. Smart — you are fired.

Rude staff… HARD to get an appointment, acts like you are wasting his time when you ask a question…

Dr. Smart has been mine and my husband doctor for a few years now. And he has been great. However, Don’t ever see his PA Shina Patel. My husband had a severe viral infection recently and she was very short, crass and uncaring. Nor did she listen to the concerns he had. Also about 1 ½ years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my son I suddenly started to break out into a rash. So she suggested that they give me a shot of Benadryl, but then proceeded to tell me that if they do that I am risking a miscarriage! And when I started to cry she proceeded to tell me that if I keep crying that is gonna give it even a higher risk of miscarrying! She continued to go on and on, and when she realized how insane the situation was turning she tried to back trace a little, but the damage was already done. We later found out that the rash was related to hormones and today I have a beautiful healthy baby boy who will turn 1 in March. While I recommend Dr Smart just ask to see someone other then his PA Shina Patel. His other PA Leilah is very sweet though and I would recommend her.

I recently changed to Dr. Smart as my primary care physician and look forward to many, many years working with him.
His office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and he really, really cares about what he’s doing. When I first met with him he spent 20 minutes just talking to me, getting to know me and my family.
I really felt like he cared about how I was doing and genuinely wanted to
ensure I was healthy. Give yourself and your family the benefit of having him as your doctor.
