Kt Le Optometry

I’ve had several visits with Dr Le and each time I’m more pleased. Dr Le is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also friendly and personable. I’ve referred several friends and family who have all received the same great care and I will continue to do so. Thanks Dr Le!

Dr. le is great, she is very knowledgeable, and knows how to treat her patients, she is very kind, makes you feel very important. I do come here to see dr. Le, but unfortunately I gave a one star because of the rude front desk lady Elizabeth, she is the receptionist, she is very impatient, I really would like to complain to the management about this lady’s attitude. I come here because I love dr. Le but unfortunately I always have to deal with this arrogant secretary, to make an appt.. I really try to just ignore her but last time I came she talks to me in front of other people so loudly. This woman has no manners, dr. le is just so sweet and I just don’t know how she puts up with this elizabeth.

Dr. Le is fantastic! I called on Saturday and she answered the phone. I asked if they take walk-​ins and she said they do but that Saturdays are usually really busy so I decided to wait until today. I came in right at 10 and they already had a few walk-​ins waiting, so I left my information and went over to Jamba Juice while I waited. I got a call from Dr. Le and she said to come on back. She was so kind and funny, and and she had me in and out of there in 15 minutes for my contact lens exam. When I asked her to confirm it was her who I had been speaking with over the phone, she said that she tries to help with the phones when her receptionist gets busy. Dr. Le is so sweet and caring!

I have been a patient of Dr. Le’s for many years now and she has always been very professional and very kind. She is why I am a returning patient for so many years and why I recommended her to friends and family. Unfortunately, this Unilocal review is being given 1 star because of the receptionist, Elizabeth. She is not a friendly person and her customer service skills are extremely rude. Whether in person or over the phone, she treats you as if you are wasting her time. She interrupts you as you are speaking, and never smiles or makes you feel welcomed. The sad part is that everyone that I have recommended to Dr. Le’s office love the doctor but dislike Elizabeth. They all have encountered the same rude service from her. To all you new patients, BEWARE of ELIZABETH!!! Her rude demeanor will test your patience.

Receptionist, Elizabeth, is a rude short tempered person. She cuts you off when you are trying to speak. She believes that she is a Dr herself and try’s to give such advice. She miss manages the Dr’s apts. She began to yell at someone on the phone in front of us making us feel uncomfortable. I will never go back to have services done here until she is gone. I have never had such a unpleasant experience with anyone in the medical profession. Such a shame the Dr’s there will loose business based on her miserable attitude.

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new optometrist, I was in Costco one day and hear Dr Le talking to a client as they left. I went home and made an appointment for myself and my husband.
Dr Le is Knowledgeable, funny, kind and very personable.
I would recommend her to anyone

This review is based on the RECEIPTONIST LADY,
I went here with my mom and brother at 10:15 in the morning on monday
and we were walk-​ins hoping to see the doctor but they fully booked that morning.
Already I can see her rude attitude coming out of her.
The lady told us we need an appointment which was no big deal
and she told us friday is the next available appointment.
I was looking at the calender on my phone telling her Friday wasn’t going to work.
I said it two times to her and she just sat there and didnt suggest another next available date.
I know its not like a big deal but show some customer service would you?! drink some more coffee to wake yourself up.
Ill take my business somewhere else :)

After going to three different optometrists, Dr. Le’s knowledge and service surpasses them all. I was hesitant upon arrival because I thought the Unilocal reviews were fabricated, as I found to be true with other reviews I have come across. However, I was not disappointed. Dr. Le is funny, honest, and knowledgable. Unlike previous optometrists whom told me very little about contact usage, Dr. Le made sure I knew the «do’s and dont’s» before I left. In addition, the lady working the front desk was a sweetheart, which for me is important because they are the customers first impression of the place. I highly recommend Dr. Le as an optometrist.

My experience with Dr. Le was outstanding. I went into Costco at 1:00 on a Saturday to make an appointment for a routine eye exam. I was told the next availability was late the following week, or I could wait to be seen between patients. I opted to wait and was pleasantly surprised that it was less than a half an hour. After each patient, Dr. Le thanked me for being patient and assured me she’d get to me as soon as possible. I had no problem with the short wait, after all I was an unscheduled walk in. It impressed me that Dr. Le not only walked out each of her patients, but had a quick word for those who were waiting.
During my exam Dr. Le was very friendly, and my eye exam first rate. I had a very complex LASIK eye surgery some years ago, and she took extra time to explain my current vision issues, and several options to correct them.
When I went to Costco to get my eyes checked I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I saw on Unilocal that Dr. Le had excellent ratings and reviews, but I was skeptical of a optometrist in Costco. Not only was I wrong, but Dr. Le is one of the finest eye doctors I have ever seen. I was legally blind before my eye surgery, and have had a dozen highly trained eye doctors. Dr. Le ranks among the best. It will be a great pleasure to have her assisting me and my family with our vision needs.

I just wanted to update my review to say I have verified with staff that a Costco membership is not required for use of Dr. Le’s office. You simply let them know at the door that you are going to optometry for an eye exam or to make an appt.
A membership IS required to use the Costco optometry where you select the frames and have your prescription filled. The two departments are different and Dr. Le does not have any control in the selection the Costco offers. By the way the assistants name is Elizabeth.

I had an appointment for myself and my three kids on Monday 10:00. We were done and out of there by 10:38. Under 10 minutes for each of us. Dr. Le’s office is organized and efficient and she is the most personable optometrist we have ever had. Don’t mistake her efficiency for less service she is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I recommend you give her a try and you will not be disappointed. OBTW, Costco now takes MES. SWEET!

There are so many reasons to go to the Fontana Costco for your vision needs: their prices are unbelievable, service is great, selection is excellent, and the products always arrive sooner than expected. But for our family, Dr. Le really seals the deal. She is so warm and caring, interested and invested in her patients, and she has the kind of memory that makes you feel as though she is truly a friend. My children and I all adore her and find her so enjoyable. I would follow her no matter how far I had to drive!

Dr. Le is absolutely wonderful! She is efficient, beyond friendly, and a doctor that listens. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Give her a chance and you will not be disappointed.

I liked this place. The price is affordable, the doctor was nice, fast, accommodating, and knew what she was talking about. I had called around a couple different places for my glasses/​contact eye exam, and this place along with Wal Mart was the most affordable. When I called, I got a quick appointment, and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes in the office.
I had a hard time finding it because I didn’t know it was inside of Costco, but other than that, it was an overall good experience.
