Intex Recreation customer service is non-existent. This company does not stand by their products. Buyer be aware of this before you purchase anything from them. You can hardly communicate with them because noone speaks proper English. I was brushed off by a very rude CS agent over the phone and over email. I received a defective product and they would do nothing to try to solve the problem. You would think that a company that is responsible for manufacturing and importing their own products would assist their fellow buyers, but that is not the case. Good luck trying to open a warranty claim because they’ll come up with a list of excuses. Do not be fooled by their«A RATING», it stands for«ABSENT» Check them out at BBB and read about all the 171 unhappy people who share very similar experiences.

Called to ask about the grade of sand for the filter and my pool was not listed in the manuals on the web page. I asked if she could email me a manual or suggest another similar size pool that would give me the information, she said go to the web page it there. I asked again and let her know there was no pool even close to my size listed on the web page. She said go to web page it there. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she replied«No». I asked again, may I please speak to a supervisor, she replied«No». I asked again, again she said, «No». I hung up. Well, not the best customer service.
