I went in on father’s day and of course they were extremely busy. The prices on the items are extreme, but with the service I got, it did not go unnoticed. I want to thank all the girls that were working on father’s day! The cashier was new, but funny and nice. I can’t say enough about the young lady preparing the arrangements. She was super sweet and helpful. She said she would help get my order out as soon as possible. I of course was understanding because it was last minute order. But this young lady said it would take an hr to get it done. It took an hr and 15 but the experience was what counted. Both ladies were awesome and got my gift in on time. I want to give the ladies a special thank you and great job keeping calm in such a crazy occasion. I want to let you both know your attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you ladies!

I was very disappointed at the service level and the quality of the product. These arrangements are not cheap. On 6÷15÷16, I ordered a $ 50 arrangement that included dipped pineapple flowers. They advised me the arrangement would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. When I arrived, they handed me a bouquet of fruit that possibly had been cut days ago because the fruit looked almost like it had been frozen and now it was thawing out, the worst thing of all is that the pineapple flowers had sprinkle food coloring on them, like if they had laid on sprinkles and the dye got all over them REALLY?! what kind of craftsmanship is that?! I told them I was not satisfied with that, they took it back and had me wait another 20 minutes for it to be fixed. When they came back the countalope centers of the flowers were not even centered, so they looked all retarded. When I asked the cashier, she said«oh its the way they were skewered» um, yeah I can clearly see that. I was running out of time, so I just took my arrangement like that, but I can honestly say they need to hire people that take pride In their work… again these arrangements are NOTCHEAP, so the workmanship should show in the product!!!

After my last experience I swore I would not be back. Well I just received a call that they are under new management and they want to make it up to me. It was over a year ago that I had a horrible experience here and I’m glad that they are under new management and trying to make it better. I will give them another chance and hopefully they will not disappointment me. Glad to see that some people still care about customer service

I am late in writing my review my daughter Ashley Johnson McKeown ordered me a surprise mothers day gift which I did not receive until Monday. The chocolate covered fruit was beautiful but not tasty at all and the fruit arrangement was definitely not good my husband eats everything and he didn’t want it. I asked my daughter had they refunded her she said no. I feel for the money she paid the fruit should of melted in our mouths and been sweet. I am so grateful to her and her siblings for the thoughtfulness of doing this for me I feel that this company should have done a better job on presentation and quality of fruit a lessened learned we will not be using this company ever again.

I am so extremely disappointed with my first experience!!! I ordered my soon to be mother in law Gail a mothers day package for $ 85.02. When the package arrived to her one of the balloons said Happy mothers day and the other two said HAPPYBIRTHDAY! She also told me that some of the strawberries tasted rotten and so she had to throw them away. I called the same day & reported this hoping to get my hard earned money back. A week later a lady named Danielle called and left me a voicemail saying that the best she could do is send her a small box to say sorry, I called her right back and someone answered and told me that no one can help me at that time & I would get a call back the same day. NEVERDID. So today I called again and this time a different lady told me that I need to send in pictures of the balloons and strawberries that have obviously already been thrown away a week ago, this was the first time hearing this. I am furious. And of course the manager Danielle still hasn’t called me. This is suppose to be a top notch, professional company but to me it seems like an over priced scam. I will NEVER order from them again & the sad thing was that I was so excited to at first. If I am going to pay almost $ 90.00 for some strawberries and balloons, I expect you to at least take pride in what you do and do it right. I mean come on, one mothers day balloon and 2 happy birthday when I ordered THEMOTHERSDAYPACKAGE!!! Just so frustrating that they can’t even own up to it and just offer me a full refund, they expect the customer to jump through hoops because of THEIR mistake. Don’t order from them, go to a grocery store and buy some strawberries and balloons, you’ll save money and the quality will be much better.

Worst service ever! My wife attempted to to suprise me by placing an order at 7:30am. One of the workers called her 2 hours later asking if something could be changed in the order, which was fine. After not hearing from them to recieve a delivery update, she called the store and was informed that there was no driver but it would still be delivered on time. Then after no delivery, she called them at 6pm and was told it was«out for delivery». Now its going to be 9pm and no delivery! Don’t order from here!

I never complain about a location, but this one made me download the Unilocal app! I’m so upset that I ordered my edible arrangement on Mother’s Day and they had mentioned that it was impossible to send it that day that it would be delivered the next day. I was bummed but I understood. I live in Sacramento so I don’t see my mother very much. The next day I called to see why the arrangements never arrived. She told me it would, well it never did. I called the next day and they said they attempted to deliver it which was bullshit. My mom never left the house they didn’t even call me to tell me. They ruined my holiday! DONOTORDERFROMHERE!

Do not patronize this store. I had my own negative experience here and will never do business with them again. It is beyond comprehension that the delivery staff they hire cannot 1) find a valid address, 2) pick up the phone and call me OR the recipient to ask where the address is, or 3) use a GPS device/app to find a residence. Simply inexcusable.

Ordered a fruit bouquet at 9am, requested same day delivery by 4pm. Called twice, was told it would be delivered on time. Tracking status never even showed as being processed. Finally an hour AFTER scheduled delivery I called to cancel my order. What a joke… the girl was clueless every time I called. She was never able to provide me any info, other than«it will be on time». I will never order here again. If you cannot provide same day delivery, then you should not offer it.

This was my 1st time ordering from edible arrangements. I will never waste my time or money. On the other hand I’m glad I ordered from Amazon their edible nuts hula delights! It was there at 11am this morning! So grandma’s birthday was half way okay.

Incredible! I placed an order for their busiest weekend and they absolutely came through! I called for updates on my order and they were very courteous. There must have been many deliveries because my order was shown as being out for delivery, but wasn’t delivered for another 5 hours. I was worried about all that time in the van with the heat, but the recipient informed me that her arrangement was very fresh and cold. She sent me pictures because she was so appreciative of the beautiful arrangement. For being as busy as they clearly were, it wasn’t evident because this arrangement was even more beautiful than the picture on the website! I got more compliments and appreciation the next day because the fruit was so fresh and delicious even after being in her fridge overnight. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making me look so good and for taking the time to put together something so special. Many others would have thrown something together, but this store took the time to pick the best fruit and put it together perfectly! I’m noticing that most of the complaints here are during holidays. I want to stress that when you place an order on a holiday, longer wait times and delivery times are to be expected! It even states that on the website and this would be at any store. The website also states it can not honor specific delivery times, so why complain about that? Because they are taking their time to make sure the ingredients are of the highest quality and the arrangements meet your expectations… It is obviously going to take longer, especially when they are swamped. I’ve ordered on holidays and for birthdays where they weren’t busy. Both arrangements were incredible! The only difference was a slightly higher delivery time on the holiday, but the quality of the product did not change. Thank you for everything Danielle! You have a wonderful, kind staff.

I placed my order online with a pick up time to be at 830am. I get to the store at 9am to find out my order is NOT ready ! ok… fine…shit happens… I tell them I can’t wait they will need to deliver it and I got over it… call them with the address and go about my day… I …ME…get home around 830pm from my day… After spending all day wondering if my friend got her stuff… I got to my fridge to start dinner and find it in MYFRIDGE!!! They delivered to my billing address and not the address I gave them!!! I will never use edible arrangements again! I only have 1star cause it made me!

This store deserves no stars. They butchered my friends arrangement and when I complained, Mathew(Matt) refused to help me and also refused to let me speak with the manager, Tom. When I finally got ahold of Tom, he told me that edible arrangements look better online than they do in person and if I wanted a good product then I should’ve ordered the large. Thankfully, corporate saw the pictures and were disgusted with what the Fontana store produced. They ended up giving me a full refund. Don’t EVER shop at this store, EVER! The absolutely worst customer service and product I have ever seen.
